Take time to relax in the lovely sunroom - a great place to settle in with a book and a mug of hot tea. Inside, prepare meals in the well-equipped, eat-in kitchen and then enjoy the fruits of your culinary labors at the dining table. And when you want to put your feet up after an exciting day out, watch a favorite show or movie on the smart TV in your cozy living area. You'll also have access to shared on-site amenities, including a refreshing pool and tennis courts.

This vacation rental is just a mile and a half from Bethany Beach. Visiting golfers will want to check out some delightful local golf courses, including Bear Trap Dune and the Salt Pond Golf Club, within three miles of your door. Plus, you'll have plenty of great restaurants, shops, mini-golf courses, and amusement parks in Ocean City, Maryland, just five miles away.

We enjoyed our stay after the heavy pet smell dissipated with some open windows overnight. The space was clean and we appreciated having washer and dryer available even for just a 2 night stay. Parking was plentiful. Road noise can be a bit much at night with motorcycles roaming around the neighborhood.

Weekend Getaway

The place was in a great location in a nice neighborhood. Close to the beach and places to eat. It has everything we need for a fun family weekend getaway. We loved that the towels and linens were provided so we didn't have to pack too much. Our dog being allowed to join in the fun was an extra bonus!

Beautiful Condo

Loved our stay at this great condo. Dog friendly put it over the top. The pool was absolutely the cleanest huge pool I’ve seen. Very comfy and quiet.

Nice place!

This worked well for our family of 4! We were able to bike to the beach and some restaurants and the area is nice! It’s also conveniently close to Rehoboth and Ocean City, so we were able to spend time at both of those as well!

Comfortable and quaint

We enjoyed our stay so much, especially our son! The condo is in a nice quiet neighborhood only a mile away from downtown Bethany Beach. Everything was convenient to get to.

Perfect little property

Great property for what we needed. Excellent bonus we could bring our pups. The only thing we didn’t love is that we had to go pick up physical keys to get into the property as opposed to keyless lock.

We will stay here again!

The condo was awesome! Loved having plentiful towels, cleaning products, and kitchen items and a washer & dryer. The rooms were decorated in a beach theme and the furniture was very comfortable. Great location: very close to Bethany beach, Fenwick Island and Ocean City. Pool was clean and well staffed. All in all, a great vacation!

Great pool and community

Nice apartment but too far from the beach. And Bethany Beach is too congested and parking is a nightmare. We loved the pool and the community. There were a couple of issues with the apartment but Vacasa addressed them immediately. Overall, we had a very comfortable stay at Bethany Meadows.

Lovely, clean condo in convenient location with community pool

Everything was very clean and comfortable. The community was quiet with a lovely pool. The location was convenient to town and beach. It did feel like perhaps we were one of the first renters as they need to stock up on some kitchen items (e.g., colander) but overall it felt as if they really put some thought into how to make our stay as easy and as pleasant as possible. Also, 2 bathrooms was a great bonus! Would definitely recommend!

Nice short stay

The unit was well maintained, convenient, and offered stocked with items that you may have forgotten to bring along. The beds aren't as comfortable as they are rickety and the mattresses should be replaced. In fact, most of the Walmart furnishings seemed to be a bit worn. Staff was responsive, even on a holiday weekend, when the lights went out of the unit. Downside is that the sofa and recliner was littered with crumbs from previous renters.

The place was pretty clean and matched the pictures on the web but the fridge and freezer was not working properly and we had to run an extension cord across the hallway to get power to the modem because the wall it was plugged into did not have power. I did have to alter my plans because the of fridge and freezer and neither problem was fixed while we were there nor did the property manager ever contact me directly.

Ant problem inside the property throughout entire stay. Several items were found broken inside the property. Felt nickeled and dimed with additional fees after the reservation. And after the experience and after they were aware of the issue, still wanted to charge a fee to look for a potentially lost item. Really? Will not stay at another Vacasa owned property anywhere no matter the cost.

Disappointing

When we arrived we noticed that the house was not properly cleaned, there was sand in a drawer, someone's clothes left in a drawer, a lot of crumbs under the kitchen table, a bathroom wasn't clean. I called them to come and rectified and stepped out to go to the store but when I got back they had taken ALL of my clothes out of a different drawer after I sent them photos identifying each area of concern including the items that were left by the he last guest. After 8 or 10 calls they would not return them until the very next day. We missed events that we were scheduled to attend. And then they made me come and pick them up as opposed to returning them to the location that they took them from.

Perfect family fit

Very clean, travel size toiletries were provided, nice decor. Bed was really comfortable! The couch in the living area wasn’t very comfortable, but we weren’t hanging out there much anyway. Also, the neighbors were very friendly!

Clean. Comfortable. Everything we needed!

The condo was very clean. Plenty of towels and linens which is so rare. The perfect amount of space for a family of 4. The kitchen was FULL of considerate extras like salt, pepper, coffee filters, dish washing packets, etc. So incredibly thoughtful and much appreciated!
