The house was in a convenient and quiet location. Felt far from the busiest areas but was close to everything needed and a short five to the beach. The added touches make the home a relaxing beach getaway! The owners care and concern for the property and his guests is evident! Hope to visit again soon!

It was a gorgeous and clean house beautifully decorated in a nice, quiet neighborhood. You could tell the owner is a dog lover, as a food and water bowl were set up and dog treats were on the counter! Robbie was also very accomodating and texted back when we had questions. We had a great vacation and can't wait to come back again!!

This property looked even better in person than it did in the photos!There was more than enough space, and the main living area being so open was excellent for visiting. We also really enjoyed the screened in porch!The furnishings were lovely, making it feel comfortable and cozy. It was nice to see a pet friendly rental that looked so great!The house was also in a great location, good proximity to many local finds We would absolutely stay here again in the future

My family and I, as well as my dog, had a wonderful stay in this beautiful house. It is lovely, full of amenities, and not far from a beautiful park with trails on the bay, as well as a short drive to the boardwalk, beaches, and restaurants. Robby is easy to communicate with, very hospitable. We plan to book the house again next year!

ocean oasis is a beautiful shore house in a quiet area beautiful well stocked kitchen very clean pet friendly Robby was very accommodating. We will for sure be back at this rental property when coming to Bethany Beach.

What a jewel! Appreciated the pet-friendly environment, stocked kitchen and bathrooms, and plenty of beach supplies. Made packing for our trip easy. House is beautifully-decorated. We plan to return next year. Dog treats and bottle of wine were welcoming.Close to beach, restaurants and stores. Neighborhood is peaceful and quiet.

We had a fantastic stay at this beach home! Exceptionally clean and comfortable. All the amenities of home. Very quiet neighborhood and close enough to the beaches, shopping, and fishing areas. Easy check in, great communication, and cozy atmosphere. Would definitely stay again!

This property was very comfortable and pet friendly—as promised. We easily got to our favorite spots in Bethany and Rehoboth and enjoyed getting to know Ocean View and its surroundings including James Farm.
Take a walk through the woods and you’ll reach this beautiful beach at James Farm.

Excellent vacation stay over the Thanksgiving holiday. This is our second visit and we contiune to be inpressed. Beautiful home with modern amenities and warm decor. You can tell the owner Robby takes great pride in the property. We love the doggie friendly feeling when we walk in. Located just minutes from the beach and next to the James Farm Ecological Preserve, we love everything about the Salt Aire community. We will be back!

Best vacation ever

We had amazing vacation the house was perfect with 2 little ones we had a lot of room to relax when we weren’t on the beach! The drive to the beach is easy and quick your so close to the store and a quick drive to OC Maryland this is our family 2 year vacation at this house and we will be back again next year!

We loved this pet friendly home! Great location and perfect for our 2 dogs that enjoyed daily walks in this lovely neighborhood. We have visited Bethany beach area many times over the years and have rented a variety of homes. This was our favorite as it was very cozy and we felt right at home. We hope to be back again many times in the future :)Thank you!!
