Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful time at this property, despite the unfortunate hurricane weather that sadly cut our vacation short! The location is fantastic, and we really appreciated all the extras provided, including beach chairs, a wagon, bikes, and an umbrella. Those little touches made our stay even more enjoyable!The home is beautifully decorated, very welcoming, and the kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to cook and feel right at home.There are a few areas that could definitely use some attention. The master bedroom mattress really needs to be replaced, and the sheets were very disappointing and could absolutely use an upgrade in quality and comfort. The living room couch is also showing quite a bit of wear, especially from being used as a sleeper sofa. Updating these items would make a huge difference in the overall comfort of the home.Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and only wish the weather had allowed us to stay longer! With a few updates to the furniture and bedding, this property would be even better. We would certainly consider staying here again!

It was just a short walk to the beach an a wagon was provided for us to take our chairs down in. The house was clean and had all amenities we needed to make it the perfect trip! I would recommend and would stay here again without hesitation!

Anniversary Getaway

The property was just as described. In my opinion this area (The Point) is the best area to stay in Emerald Isle. Look forward to staying at this property again.

family friendly stay!

we absolutely loved staying here for our family reunion! was very impressed with how toddler friendly this home was - the exterior decks had gates to block off the stairs and there was a pack n play and a high chair. downstairs was a great hangout space while the baby was napping. quick walk to the beach and a lot of great restaurants within 5-10 min driving distance. would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Terrific House!

This was the perfect house for my family's beach vacation in Emerald Isle! The location was exceptional, the house was super clean and well-stocked, and even provided beach items ( chairs, wagons, toys ) for guests' use. We highly recommend this property for your next vacation to the Crystal Coast!

We had a great anniversary weekend! House was very well equipped with beach and kitchen gear…. Even Doggie bowls and treats . Very clean and just a short walk to the beach. We highly recommend !
