Step inside and discover a spacious sanctuary that boasts not one, but two fully-equipped kitchens. Primary bedroom with King bed and private bath. Two dishwashers, Washer/dryer, 4 Smart TVs, wireless Internet access. For those who can’t leave their furry friends behind, this home is pet-friendly, welcoming all members of your family. The ground level game room is an entertainment hub featuring a foosball table, Smart TV and fully equipped kitchen (exterior access only). Golf cart provided for easy beach access. Gas grill, hot/cold outside shower. Located in a very nice subdivision with a park close by. Whether you’re here for relaxation or adventure, You, Me and the Sea is your perfect place. Located just moments from the crystal clear waters and sandy shores of the Atlantic, this vacation home is a gateway to the tranquil beauty of the Crystal Coast. Available year-round. No smoking. House was great. It is an old house but has been cared for well. It served our purposes very well. The neighborhood is quiet and has lots of deer, squirrels and birds.

When we arrived and I went to put sheets on the bed the mattress pads were covered in hair and what looked to be rodent feces. I spent until 1am doing laundry so the beds were clean enough we could sleep on them. In the hallway bathroom there was balls of hair stuck to the shower curtain and the tub wouldn’t drain. I reached out to Emerald Isle Realty and also sent them pictures and all I was offered was clean linens. At that point I didn’t need clean linens I had washed them all myself! The downstairs was also very musty smelling! Overall very disappointed with the cleanliness of the house.

The house was clean, well-stocked & the perfect distance from the beach—about a 7-min. walk or 2-min. ride on that great golf cart (we’ve never had one at the beach & it ended up being one of my favorite amenities!). Nice porch & patio space. Plenty of parking space & shaded yard (we saw deer laying under the trees several mornings). Great game room/full kitchen area on lower level that we used for both family time, an outdoor meal & as a private space if someone wanted quiet time or we needed multiple showers at the same time. The weather was gorgeous all week, the shells we picked up were huge/plentiful, beautiful sunrise/sunset photos & the beach wasn’t crowded. The pier, shopping, putt-putt & restaurants nearby were fun. Our first trip ever to Emerald Isle (from Va.) was extremely peaceful, enjoyable, fun & memorable. My future son-in-law proposed to my daughter on the Bogue Inlet Pier, so this place is even more special to our family now. Had an amazing week all the way around! (We originally had a different rental, but it was canceled due to being put on the market a few weeks before our beach date, so we were scrambling at first, but super-thankful to find this one in the same price range/similar size/amenities….& it turned out to be even better than the one originally planned.)
