Questa casa spaziosa e bella, costruita nel 2004, si trova su 1 acro nei maestosi pini della Foresta Nera del nord Colorado Springs. Vanta un balcone che guarda verso il bosco e ha abbastanza posti a sedere per 12. Solo un mezzo miglio lungo la strada, è il Parco Regionale Fox Run che ha due laghetti, un gazebo, grandi prati per fare sport, due aree giochi per bambini, due sentieri tra i boschi per escursioni a piedi, e una suggestiva vista di Pikes Peak.

Siete sicuri di stare bene in una delle cinque camere da letto, il soggiorno ben illuminato o la camera familiare seminterrato. Il tuo spirito competitivo prenderanno vita nella stanza di gioco dove si può godere di una partita amichevole di ping pong oa basket shoot-out. Se si preferisce, prendere il vostro gioco al di fuori e giocare una partita di cerchi sulla 'x 30' 24 in tribunale, fresca aria di montagna.

The perfect home and location to enjoy the area or take day trips. Then ten of us, ages 2 to 68, enjoyed the spacious interior of the home and enjoyed waking up to see baby deer in “our” backyard. No doubt where we will stay the next time we go to CO!

The house and property was awesome and so very perfect for our first visit to Colorado Springs to attend the USAFA Parents’ Weekend. The checkin process was flawless and Misty was very accommodating and so responsive to our requests and questions!

Summer Escape

We loved our stay in Colorado Springs. The home is very comfortable and well appointed. We enjoyed the peaceful location and watching the wildlife. Fox Run regional park is nearby and we enjoyed the playgrounds and hikes. Easy access to grocery stores, restaurants and activities. The owner was very helpful and always responded quickly to questions.

Family vacation

Our family got together for a family vacation, and this was the perfect place for that. Plenty of room for six adults and six children. It is close to all the fun things that kids and adults like to do. There is nice large kitchen for cooking dinner.

Perfect house and amazing hosts!

We needed a house to accommodate 3 families celebrating my parent’s 50th anniversary, and it was perfect! The house was spotless, fully stocked and we loved the location. Misty checked on us and we had no issues during our stay. We loved seeing deer in the backyard and the kids wanted to go to the beautiful park down the street every night. Close to Airforce Academy

Very nice house located in pretty, quiet neighborhood! We were in for parents weekend and it was very convient for all activities. LOVED the deck in the morning for coffee and evenings to relax. Beds were all comfortable and lots of room for our multi generation family to spread out and have their own space!

Beautiful home

We enjoyed our stay in this beautiful home. It was a rainy week so we didn’t get to enjoy the backyard and large deck as much as we hoped but there was plenty of room for my husband and I and our four kids plus some of my extended family that stayed with us. Only a quick 30 min drive to all the touristy Colorado Springs spots. We had a wonderful family vacation and enjoyed staying at this property.

Was a great house in a nice quiet neighborhood. We were always within an easy drive to whatever attractions we were headed to. Only downfall, and that didn't turn out to be that big of a deal after getting by the learning curve, was the traffic on I-25.

Relaxing Get-Away

This is an absolutely lovely, warm, welcoming, beautifully decorated and very well equipped home! Our week-end here flew by much too quickly. Our family's basketball and ping pong contests in the downstairs game room were very entertaining. The location is extremely convenient for touring the sights in Colorado Springs. We loved the close proximity to the Air Force Academy!

Huge home perfect for family gatherings!

We stayed in this home for parents weekend and it was perfect! The home is immaculate and has plenty of space for everyone with the five bedrooms plus huge open basement. We enjoyed the outdoor firepit, the ping pong and frisbee golf. The kitchen was spacious and everyone loved the crunch ice machine. The beds were very comfortable. We had deer visit the home daily which was always a fun treat.

WONDERFUL Experience!

We LOVE coming back to this beautiful home! This was our third year enjoying the warmth, comfort and peacefulness this lovely home offers to those who are fortunate enough to rent it. As a family, we always look forward to basketball shooting competitions and ping pong matches in the downstairs game room. This home is beautifully furnished and truly a treasure. Wonderful property

This was a wonderful home for our group! It was within walking distance of a fantastic park and the home itself was quite roomy and provided lots of entertainment for our kids who range during in age from 8-21 years. It's a bit of a drive to the touristy attractions (30 or so minutes to Garden of the Gods, Pikes Peak, Manitou Springs, etc) but they are all a straight shot down I-25 to get to and none of us minded the drive. The owners were fantastic and the home is immaculate. We highly recommend!

Wonderful home

This was a beautiful home for our family ina quiet neighborhood. We have 3 daughters in their 20’s and two are married so this gave us each our own room and plenty of space. We love playing games so enjoyed the ping pong and the basketball court. Misty and Eddy are wonderful hosts and are helpful with any questions you have about the area. They are quick to respond. We felt it was an easy drive to everything we wanted to do. The park down the street had beautiful view of the mountains.

perfect for large family

Overall the home was perfect for our family and close to the wedding we attended. There was 1 small glitch. The refrigerator was acting up and after the first day there was a continual noise coming from it. The owner had called to make us aware of the problem the day before we arrived and could not get a repairman in before we got there. Luckily, there was another refrigerator in the garage and we were instructed to unplug the refrigerator in the home if it became unbearable - and it did, so it was a little inconvenient to keep going out into the garage while cooking. Other than that we had no other problems and enjoyed our stay.

The house was vey clean and up to date. Our kids spent hours in the tree house and the activities available in the basement area. I would highly recommend Misty’s place.

We have been married for twenty-eight years and God has blessed us with four amazing now adult children. This is our personal home which we rent while camping less than 15 minutes away. You will see that the home has our pictures and some of our belongings in the bedrooms. There will be ample space for your items as well.

Perché ha scelto questa struttura

We purchased this home when it was in the initial ground-breaking phase from the custom home builder who was building it as a spec house. We loved the open floor plan, the proximity to Fox Run Regional Park, the beautiful treed setting, and the quick access to so many things. We love it here and we think you will enjoy it too! In 2020 we took the home through an interior remodel, using the services of our initial builder. Over the last few years, we have also been updating the exterior, including windows.
