La casa recentemente ristrutturata su 10 acri si trova in cima a una collina vicino alla Foresta Nera, a breve distanza da "The Springs", dall'Air Force Academy, da Denver e da Castle Rock.

Se stai cercando tranquillità appartata, questo è il posto che fa per te, abbastanza vicino alle città per esplorare e fare shopping, ma lontano dal traffico e dal rumore. Goditi panorami mozzafiato di Pikes Peak e Rockies dal ponte posteriore, accompagnati da avvistamenti di cervi occasionali e tramonti spettacolari.

- Ospita comodamente 6 adulti; occupazione massima di 8, compresi i bambini.

- Soggiorno di 7 notti per il 10% di sconto sulla tariffa normale; rimanere per un mese per il 20% sulla tariffa normale.

- Cucina completamente attrezzata e sala da pranzo per piccoli e grandi raduni. - I prodotti da bagno di lusso includono il lavaggio del corpo, saponi, shampoo, balsamo, crema, kit da barba, struccante e kit da cucito. Ogni bagno ha anche un asciugacapelli e una vasta fornitura di asciugamani da bagno di qualità dell'hotel.

This property was absolutely perfect for our family. We loved waking up to Pikes peak every morning and setting by the fire in the evening. The kids had a blast exploring the rocks and riding the bikes. The Host was awesome as well. The property is very well maintained and very clean.

The most breath taking views. It is litteraly situated on a mountain top! It is so quite and peaceful with all kinds of wildlife. We were greeted by a beautiful buck upon our arrival. The home was spotless and every detail thought of. We had a party of 7 and we all fit comfortably. We appreciated all the fun extras!

We had an amazing visit over labor day weekend. This house was amazing!! The beds and pillows were incredible!! There wasn’t anything that was forgotten or overlooked by the owner to make our stay perfect. Pretty sure this kitchen was better stocked than my own home. My family could not stop commenting about how nice the house was and how comfortable we all were. The view is incredible and we enjoyed the fire pit every night!! I typically don’t leave reviews but this is an exception as I needed to share how truly spectacular this home is!! It’s everything you see in the pictures AND MORE!!

Wow! Where to start? I've stayed in a lot of VRBO's, but this one is extraordinary! Robyn has thought of everything you could possibly need during your stay. The joke became that if we thought we needed something, the answer was always that Robyn had us covered. And she did! Robyn was a great communicator and really made the whole process a blessing. We were also met with the first morning's breakfast food in the fridge when we arrived. Beautiful views of Pike's Peak, lots of living space, spacious patios and 10 acres that make you feel as if you're alone. Not sure I'd like to stay anywhere else. Our group has stayed in multiple rentals over the years in many different states, and even owned one ourselves, and this was one of the best experiences we’ve ever had. Host was great to work with. We have stayed at many vrbos and other similar websites… This by far is the best. Check in communications is amazing. Robyn has made a website type thing that makes your common questions a click away. The property is amazing. We had a family gathering and we had 20 people at this house for dinner. It was easy. The view is amazing from the outdoor areas. Then there was the intangibles. We FELT welcome. We were greeting by nice touches that make you feel like you're a visitor in someone's house. SHE CALLED US when the property lost power, it was restored a few moments later as we were out but we didn't even notice. I've never met a landlord this responsive but also respecting of privacy. Anyway i could go on but YES book with confidence that this will be a place you enjoy immensely. Great for kids, great for an escape from the world, great for cleanliness and hospitality! We will be booking again!

One of the best places we’ve ever stayed. No detail has been overlooked, whether you’re staying in and cooking or grilling on the wonderful patio and staring at the mountains or sightseeing and taking in the local activities this house is the place to stay. Absolutely beautiful property. Driving in we saw it on the butte and thought “wouldn’t that be neat if that was our place” AND THEN IT WAS! Beautifully furnished inside and out. Would stay here again—parents and kids alike were big fans and sad to leave.

We LOVED our stay here, in Black Forest!!! It was SO beautiful, with wildlife surrounding you; hawks, deer, coyotes, chipmunks, rabbits, lizards! The VIEW from the back patio was to die for! (It’s about 20 minutes to a grocery store, or restaurants, and it’s very secluded!) The Hostess, Robyn, was FABULOUS! She even had an entire “BREAKFAST” worth of ingredients to welcome us there, AND s’more ingredients (ready with roasting forks) for the fire pit! Robyn has literally thought of EVERYTHING you might need! We tested out the kitchen, and cooked a lot over the almost 2 week stay, and she has everything to cook and bake, and tons of spices! All of the appliances are top notch and new! Robyn is the best! She is SO helpful and hospitable! We spent much of our time, HERE at the house! There were throw blankets and extra pillows galore, 3 televisions, GREAT WIFI for the family, an outdoor grill/kitchen, and an enclosed patio to watch the storms roll by! This house FELT like being at a PRIVATE SPA!!!! I LOVED all of the provided toiletries too! We DEFINITELY plan to come again!!!

Robyn was so accommodating and helpful. The home was top notch…beautifully decorated, ultra-clean, and a fully stocked kitchen. Ample space for a family gathering and the views were stunning. I’d highly recommend this phenomenal home.

This was an amazing place to stay. Robyn provided everything you could possibly need during your stay. The interior was so beautiful and clean. The view of Pike’s Peak was simply majestic. Book this home and I guarantee you will fall in love with it like we did.

Amazing experience!

This house was absolutely beautiful. It sits on top of a large hill and the views are amazing. The kids loved all the aces to explore and we saw lots of wild life! The host is about as good as it gets! I couldn't recommend more.

Amazing in every way! This was our fourth stay at The Guesthouse, and our son’s graduation from USAFA. It was the perfect location to savor ‘lasts’ and celebrate with family and friends. The outdoor patio was in full use and the views did not disappoint! We love Robyn’s thoughtfulness and the warmth and coziness of this beautiful home-away-from-home. Fingers crossed, our son makes it back to teach at USAFA so we have an excuse to visit again.

Perfect Family Getaway

Our stay at Robyn's place was spectacular. She has provided every comfort imaginable, and the home was beautiful and extremely clean. The panoramic views were incredible! Communication with Robyn was always easy, and she was quick to respond. I would recommend this property to anyone wanting to get away and relax for a bit. Perfect place to enjoy with family or friends. We look forward to visiting again someday!

I've posted dozens of reviews on multiple subjects and I always try to be accurate and not simply give glowing reviews because others have. I can honestly say that our stay at Robyn's guest house was incredible in every way. We stayed for 2 full weeks and had various family members and friends rotate in and out, with a maximum of 6 at any time There is no aspect of the entire experience that wasn't superlative.

Beautiful Home and Wonderful Hosts!

We were very impressed with the hosts of this property. They truly make you feel welcome in their lovely home. The home is comfortable and well stocked. We enjoyed the peaceful setting of this property. This property was the perfect home base to explore this area of Colorado including Rocky Mountain NP, Great Sand Dunes NP, Pike's Peak, Garden of the Gods, and many more. Highly recommend this property.

He bought this guesthouse property back in 2002 simply because he fell in love with the mountain views and sunsets. Over the years it’s been a VRBO rental, a private guesthouse, and even Rob’s office for a time before his company outgrew it. Rob’s three grown children and their families are also part owners, and together we all cherish this home and the tranquility it provides.

In 2018, we completed a full top-to-bottom remodel so we could share this beautiful setting once again as a peaceful mountain getaway. Most recently, we expanded the outdoor living area with a brand-new 50-foot deck and gathering space, an outdoor kitchen, a large firepit, and plenty of seating. Part of the new deck was enclosed to create about 200 square feet of additional sunroom space with year-round views. It’s become one of everyone’s favorite spots—especially with the basket of blankets guests can grab before heading out to sit by the firepit on cooler evenings.

As for me, I’m originally from Texas and moved to Colorado when Rob and I married. Texas will always be in my heart, but Colorado’s 300+ days of sunshine and mountain scenery (and Rob!) won me over. I serve as the property manager, decorator, supply-stocker, and backup housekeeper. I genuinely enjoy preparing the home so it feels welcoming, comfortable, and thoughtfully equipped for every guest.

We live next door, so we get to enjoy this beautiful setting every day — and it never loses its magic. The sweeping views of Pikes Peak, the big Colorado sky, and the unforgettable sunsets are what make this neighborhood so special to us. The guesthouse sits at the very end of a quiet cul-de-sac on 10 private acres, so it feels peaceful, relaxed, and tucked away from the busier parts of town.

It’s wonderfully quiet here. You’ll often spot deer wandering through or hear nothing but the breeze and the birds. Yet you’re still just a short drive from restaurants, shopping, hiking, and everything Colorado Springs has to offer. We’ve always loved that balance — the calm and privacy of country living paired with the convenience of nearby amenities.

As a Texas girl at heart, hospitality means a lot to me. Making this place welcoming, comfortable, and easy for guests to enjoy has truly been a joy. This is our home, and sharing it with others has become one of the things we love most.

What makes this property unique is something our guests often describe better than we can. Many have said that “the pictures don’t do it justice,” and that once they arrived, the peacefulness and the views felt different than they expected—in the best way. A few have mentioned that it felt like “a place where you can finally exhale,” or simply that it was “the most relaxing stay we’ve had in years."

The new outdoor spaces have quickly become everyone’s favorite part of the experience. We hear often that most of the trip was spent out on the deck, in the sunroom, or around the firepit. One family said the deck was “the highlight of our visit,” and another shared that it was “the kind of spot where everyone slows down and lingers.” Someone else called it “a front-row seat to the mountains,” which always makes us smile.

Inside, we’ve tried to make the home feel comfortable, well-equipped, and easy to settle into. It means a lot when guests say it felt like “a true home away from home,” or that the little touches made their stay more enjoyable. That’s exactly what we hope for.

This place is special to our family, and we genuinely appreciate every guest who chooses to spend time here. Our hope is simply that people leave feeling rested, refreshed, and glad they came.
