Thank you Terry for being our guest! So sorry that you had a problem with the internet. As far as we know the WIFI works well for all texting and internet searching. However, Streaming at certain times may be glitchy during bad weather. We have found that cell service in the mountains has a lot to do with your provider. They are working hard to provide even better internet service in Franklin and surrounding areas. Again thanks, Belinda
