We really enjoyed our stay! Great location to get anywhere on the island and far quieter than Bar Harbor. Ingrid was very responsive to all our inquiries and some of the little things at the townhouse were nice touches. Would definitely stay here again if back in the area! Oh and the cookies at Salt Shop nearby are perfection!

Soon as we opened the door we could smell the clean!! It was a lovely townhouse. Southwest Harbor is a quiet community but yet still has part of Acadia. We enjoyed the hiking trails on that side of the island. The townhouse was located to where we could stop off there between activities. I would definitely recommend it.

A few more pots and pans would have been nice... we were there for 3 full days and cooked almost every meal. Had to wash/run dishwasher frequently. Also large upstairs room needs a curtain or blind for the window when lights are on downstairs it lights up entire room

Great property. Quiet location about 20 minutes from Acadia and Bar Harbor. Several restaurants, shops and cafes nearby, but away from the traffic and parking congestion of Bar Harbor. Host was very responsive. Property was as advertised. Worked well for our visit. Would stay again!

Western Mountain Townhouse is a great size for four people, particularly a couple with two children. In fact, it is larger than it looks in the VRBO photos! It is extremely clean, and well outfitted for cooking meals. One bedroom and one bathroom are downstairs, and a second bedroom and bath are upstairs, which makes the townhouse feel spacious. The townhouse is an easy walk to the center of Southwest Harbor, where we found several very good restaurants. Ingrid was great to work with, and responded right away to my messages.

The property was better than described, being more spacious and well equipped than we anticipated. We had a fantastic time here using it as a base to explore Acadia national park. Ingrid was a great host - always very responsive and accommodating!

We enjoyed our stay at the townhouse. It was very new, clean, spacious. We never stayed in SW Harbor before and we loved it! Great hikes and restaurants and minimal crowds. We would stay again.
