Clean & quiet place in a very nice neighborhood. Visited area for college softball and would definitely stay there again if ever back in the area.

Lovely guest basement apartment with beautiful landscaping around the pool & hot tub. Would stay again even though we got rained out and didn’t get to use the pool and hot tub very much. For those without an SUV or truck, enter slowly as there are roots coming up through the driveway that might damage a lower profile vehicle.

This space is incredibly clean, spacious and has everything you need for a stay in the Monroe area. Located in a beautiful & quiet neighborhood, along a golf course and very close to essential shopping.

Clean and spacious apartment. Easy check-in and check-out process. Shower was phenomenal! Plenty of lounge furniture around the pool. Pool and hot tub were clean and easy to access. Overall, very relaxing experience!

Upscale neighborhood with accommodations to match.

The amenities and privacy of these accommodations were very much appreciated and the setting with pool and beautiful back yard made our stay outstanding. Our host was very gracious and was prompt to communicate. 5-Stars!

Stay to Remember

This incredible place exceeded any expectation we had prior to arriving. From initial contact to check out, the Seller provided clear, yet personable instructions pertaining to our stay. Each day we returned, we were able to unwind in the private backyard with mature landscape-even caught a memorable firefly display at dusk. Luxe finishes&linens, comfy beds&couches, oh and the absolute BEST shower=a Stay to Remember. We highly recommend and hope you are lucky enough to visit if ever in the area. Thanks Chris (& Linked) for the amazing experience.

Lovely property in pretty area

It was a pretty property and we were not disappointed. We were visiting family and wanted more space than a hotel room for us and our two (technically :) ) adult kids. There were bottled waters and sodas for us in the fridge. Loved the shower! It is a basement apartment but the living room has large windows and glass paned door looking out onto the pool which is beautiful. Bedrooms don't have windows which works well for those who are bothered by light in the morning. We would definitely stay here again!

Great location

Apartment is very nicely decorated with great amenities. Very close to restaurants and convenient to Wingate University. Two issues to share with other renters - it is a basement apartment and you will hear the noise above. It wasn’t awful but just a note. Also, not being able to control the temperature was an odd feature of a rental. Space heaters were provided.

This property is immaculate! A beautiful backyard pool oasis with a hot tub and a shady gazebo with a fan! Location is convenient to shops as well as to Charlotte. The host was willing to answer any questions we had leading up to the trip. As we left the property, my family said, “Can we come back here?”

The apartment, pool, and neighborhood are all incredibly beautiful & well-kept! I enjoyed staying here so much & I was sad to leave. There are many stores and restaurants close by and it is easy to get around. The host was extremely responsive, respectful, and thorough. I felt very safe and will absolutely return to this property next time I stay in the Charlotte area!

Splendid property!!

We really enjoyed our stay. The location is close to everything in Monroe. The pool area is a nice retreat. The hot tub is worth the extra money. The glamour bath is amazing! Chris and Linkin were gracious hosts. Looking forward to coming back again!!

Fantastic location for Monroe, NC

I literally don't think you could beat the location if you're trying to find some place in Monroe, NC. It is in the Rolling Hills Country Club community. The neighbors are friendly and welcoming. We very much enjoyed utilizing the pool and corn hole with the nice weather. It was nice that the streaming services were set up on the TV to log in pretty easily and then log out at checkout. This is a new short term rental and I have a feeling it'll get booked out pretty quickly and far in advance. I'm hoping to book this place again in the future, we really enjoyed our stay.

Great short vacation!

The property was even better than the photos online. Beautiful, clean and better than expected. Went for a quick weekend trip with friends and was very satisfied. Was a little nervous since I had not stayed at a property before that was occupied by someone else at the same time. The owner was very accommodating with our requests, yet gave us privacy as if we were the only ones on the property. The outdoor area was AMAZING and the hot tub was definitely worth the extra $50 fee. The only negatives were that there were no full length mirrors and it would’ve been great to have a couple extra trash bags which can be easily addressed. Highly recommend and would love to go back again!

Fantastic area and home

The home was in a great neighborhood and met all our needs. There is an extra charge if you want to use the hot tub which we did pay but did not realize up front. The backyard and pool areas are spectacular!

Beautiful space!

Our family loved staying here - the space is beautiful and spacious with plenty of room to spread out for some peace and quiet after spending the day with a lot of extended family! Beds super comfy and whole apartment is clean. Easy to find, easy to get in and out of. The host is gracious and responsive. Would definitely book again if needed.
