Brandon was wonderful! He was very professional and sent timely updates to let us know what to expect as far as check in and out instructions and the amenities on the property. This house was perfect. Huge fenced in yard, nice BBQ lounge area and the house had been remodeled and was very nice and clean. We enjoyed the stay and will stay there again.

This home truly exceeded our expectations. We had the absolute best stay and the host was amazing! I was so impressed by the size of the yard for our dogs and for being a home that allows dogs, you would never even know animals stayed there. 10/10 recommend this beautiful and cozy property!!

We rented this home for Wingate's graduation weekend and found it to be the perfect location and we had the perfect amount of space! The home was very clean and tidy, top notch kitchen. The outdoor area was a great hangout spot and we wished we would've brought our dog along, he would've loved the fenced in backyard. Communication with the owner was easy!

Beautiful home & proprty

Beautifully decorated, huge yard with tall fence for children or dogs in a quiet neighborhood. Host was very responsive and nice. We would definitely stay there again!

Very nice place I had my two grandchildren with me in the yard outside was very nice for them to run around. There were also some games and puzzles that they enjoyed. The bed, bathrooms, bedrooms, kitchen, living room. Everything was very nice very well equipped for a weekend with the family. Very clean would definitely come back another time. We were going to bring our dogs, but had a change in plan, but if we did, I think it would be nice for them with the big backyard. Definitely a great place to stay just don’t stay when we want to book again Just kidding.

I am a neat freak and germ phob and this house was extremely met all my expectations with it's cleanliness and modernized renovations. However, that wasn't the only positive part of my stay, the host is extremely friendly and attentive. He was always open to help in any way he could. I would stay again and encourage anyone else to stay. I think you'll find it to your liking as I did.

I live in South Charlotte (about 30 minutes from this house) with my wife, 3 kids and our beagle dog. We love living in Charlotte, North Carolina and all the state has to offer.

Perché ha scelto questa struttura

This has was recently torn down to the studs and rebuilt. It sits on a great lot with a large fenced backyard and lots of privacy. It's in a developing section of Downtown Historic Monroe, you'll notice that some properties are in varying stages of development but its a safe area and close proximity to downtown.

Cosa rende unica questa struttura

I love how close this house is to Monroe's Historic Downtown Main Street. It's 1 mile from great breweries, coffee shops, restaurants and shopping. Lots of great places are moving into the area. Huge fenced backyard on a dead end street.
