We appreciate your feedback and sincerely apologize that your stay did not meet expectations, as this is not the experience we strive to provide at Southern Vacation Rentals. We reviewed the listing details and confirmed that the description and photos accurately reflect the home, including the noted partial Gulf view, as we aim to be transparent so guests know what to expect. Regarding essential supplies, our pre-arrival communication sent 20 days prior explains that a starter supply is provided for the first 24 hours, with replenishment thereafter being the guest’s responsibility. We found no record of a musty odor being reported to our 24/7 Guest Services during your stay; had we been notified, our local Operations Team would have been happy to address it promptly. Your comments regarding the furniture have been shared with our Operations Team for review and we hope you will consider giving us the opportunity to provide a more enjoyable experience in the future. - Your Southern Team
