Great host, had some ac issues that were resolved within an hour! Loved the property! My kids and grandkids had a blast in the game room and pool. The heated pool was perfect for night swimming! Will definitely be back!!!!

Overall clean and spacious

This was our first family vacation with all our siblings, nieces, nephews. The kids absolutely enjoyed the pool. The property is spacious and perfect for large gatherings. We had a great time!

Great PCB Location!

This place was amazing! It is not directly in the hustle and bustle of PCB, which was nice. It was so easy to get to everything though. The pictures are exactly like the house. Beds were super comfortable, pool was awesome! All the amenities provided were amazing! Would definitely recommend this place and even stay again ourselves!

Great Multi-Family Rental!

Stay was great! We played baseball during the week and thoroughly enjoyed our house everyday! Location was perfect in close proximity to everything in Panama City! In-laws stay with us and enjoyed spending time with the grandkids all week. The Beach chairs, bikes, icechests, etc. came in handy all week. Would make it our vacation home if we could!!

Wonderful Family Reunion

From the moment of awe when we walked in to our last minute was an amazing stay. 13 adults, 1 tween and 3 toddlers had ample room to play and sleep. The game room was an epic centerpiece of fun. The games played at the long dining table topped off with endless fun and games in the pool and tiki bar made the time in the residence a true family vacation. So much to see and do in Panama City Beach, but honestly had more fun just staying at the property. Lots of laughter and conversation, plus some screaming from the toddlers :) Highly recommend!

Where to even start .... I will say the game room and pool was great. But the rest of the house not so much. As soon as we walked in the house the tile floor just felt & looked dirty. Window sills had dust and chips of like dirt or something in the kitchen window. Fridge had not been cleaned off in months, dust and dirt was caked on the top of the fridge. Inside the fridge had a very musty smell. Countertops had stains and chips all through the kitchen. Drawers were dirty with kitchen utensils in them. Some knives were stained with dirt or not washed from the last rental. One bathroom shower had very little water pressure, the sink water would barely come out. Our main bathroom the shower curtains were molded on the inside and out, and our shower didn't drain so you stood in your shower water until you were done. Mirrors were rusted in the bathroom with spots all over the mirror. Blinds were broken off so my kids were weary of staying in one room because at night they felt uncomfortable with the spots open in the blinds. Day two or three we found roaches, and not just one or two. There were multiple adult roaches as well as tons of babies. We immediately packed up all our stuff we weren't using and packed the vehicle. If it wasn't for a pre-arranged activities we definitely would have left the 2nd night. Back patio door had to be locked with a club. Definitely not worth the money it took to stay here for a week. This property needs cleaned from the ceiling to the floors.

This was an excellent house for our family vacation! The floor plan layout was great, two bedrooms on each side of the main living area had is own thermastat. Doors to the outside pool area made it easier to keep the living area clean and dry. The pool and the recreation room were great for everyone!

Work Getaway

House was as advertised, in a nice family community and a short driving distance from an abundance of entertainment. Highly recommend this place.

My family lived the openness of the property, we spent our time together without being crowed and then when it was time for them they had enough space to wind down for the day. Can't wait to stay again.

The Pool is AMAZING!

This property is all around great for large groups. This place was bigger than we had anticipated. We had 6 adults and 5 kids and there was more than enough room for all of us. We spent a lot of time outside in the pool. We had little kids and the shallow end was perfect for them and not to mention it is shaded most of the day. So we didn't have to worry about the little ones getting a sun burn. The property was fully stocked with everything you need to cook at home. Getting to the beach was an easy 5 minute drive to Rick Seltzer Park. We will definitely book this place again the next time we go to Panama City. Thanks for letting us stay at this property we recommend this for anyone!

Fantastic Tiki Trip

The house was truly delightful to stay in. It had more than enough room for our huge party of 22. The space was very relaxing to return to after a night of going out around town. It’s close to everything, the beach was very nice, and the pool was phenomenal! One of the best places to stay in PCB!

Awesome Vaca

We fully enjoyed our stay at the tiki hut!! Great location close to everything. The house was fully stocked kitchen wise we had a lot of fun grilling and just hanging out. The game room was awesome. My niece enjoyed the pool even though we thought she was crazy ( too cold for us) Definitely will stay again in the future !! Thank you!!
