We are so sorry about the confusion regarding the proximity to the beach. We took for granted in the listing that everyone knows that you cannot trespass or cross on private property to access the beach and for that we are terribly sorry. We will update the description so that future guests have a better understanding of how to access the beach and also update the distance. Although it is a short walk, not everyone will think so and that was a great, valid point. We hope you will come be our guest again soon. Maria, We have looked back through all communications to our office phones, text messages and emails. We never heard from you during your stay at all regarding any of the things you mention in this negative review. That is terribly upsetting and completely unfair! If you would've let us know of the issues you were experiencing, while they were happening, not after departure, we could've assisted with making your stay more enjoyable. The only correspondence we received from you were via email through the app provided by VRBO, and that was regarding the change to your dates last minute prior to your arrival. We let you know that we could not allow you to cut your trip short last minute and refund a large portion of your stay as that is NOT our office policy, nor is it fair to our owner of this great property. This is considered a budget friendly unit that caters to families and small groups of friends, however this is NOT a party pad. Had we known of the issues or had you brought them to our attention during your stay, we are certain one phone call to the association would've handled all of this and your stay would not have been what you described in this review. We are terribly sorry if you were offended by us not changing your dates to accommodate you last minute but had you read the rental confirmation that you signed, you would've known our office policy. We hope you understand that rules are in place for many reasons, and that you will give us another try in the future. Thank you!
