It's Reunion Time! Flathead Lake Waterfront Dream House!

Now booking for the 2026 season! Treat your family and friends to this waterfront dream house on Flathead Lake!! Enjoy family reunions with family and friends at this luxurious property with both a main house and guesthouse. Comfortably accommodate several families in over 5,000 sf! Enjoy views of the Mission Mountains and Swan Range over breakfast. Tie up your boat to the dock and enjoy a boat day on the lake. Explore Wild Horse Island or go hiking in West Shore State Park. Roast s'mores in the campfire or play a game of pool or shuffle board. Make wonderful memories with your family!

Block of July 6-11 is reserved for booking of 5 nights only. Please only book the full 5 nights for those dates.

We now have Starlink internet service and air conditioning in both the main house and guesthouse! Maximum of 2 boats (1 tied to the dock, 1 moored a buoy ball). No use of wave runners or jet skis allowed. Fireworks allowed only on the 4th of July unless there are any county restrictions in place. No loud music.

This property would also be great lodging for family attending a wedding in the area. It is not ideal for a traditional wedding as it does not have a flat, outdoor area by the water for a reception/ dance floor.

Cancellation Policy is actually 100% refund if cancelled 9 months prior to check-in date and within 48 hours of booking, whichever is later. One free courtesy rescheduling of dates by spring of the following year is available based on availability.

Maximum of 2 boats moored or docked. No wave runners or jet skis. Guests will be financially responsible for any damage to property (including dock).
Noise travels far by the water. No loud music and quiet hours from 9:30pm-7:30am (please bring noise inside or whisper if outside at that time).
Be courteous and treat our neighbors like you would want to be treated. Respect the neighbors and their property. Do not go on neighbors' properties.

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful lake house with our large family! The space was more than big enough for all of us to spread out and enjoy some time together. We loved spending time on the lake—it was perfect for swimming, kayaking, and relaxing. One of the highlights was how easy it was to get over to Wild Horse Island. We took a quick boat ride and spent the day hiking and exploring the island—definitely a memorable experience!The home itself was clean, comfortable, and well-stocked. The amenities were excellent—everything from the kitchen setup to the outdoor spaces made our stay relaxing and fun. Highly recommend this place for large groups or families looking for a scenic and convenient Flathead Lake getaway!

We recently took a family vacation at this wonderful VRBO rental. We had a party of 19, a pontoon boat and speed boat and it accommodated us all very nicely! The location, the view were great. The home itself was spacious, clean and nicely equipped, comfortable beds, nice outdoor space. Communication with the host was seamless, Minh was responsive and provided us with all the information we needed for a smooth stay. Overall, this rental was a great choice, our grand-kids had a blast. I would highly recommend it as a place to stay!

Wedding Weekend 2024

Words cannot express our happiness and gratitude for Minh-Ha’s wonderful hospitality and beautiful home! We hosted an intimate friends and family wedding ceremony stay at this VRBO. It was perfect! The main house and guest house were even more beautiful than the photos - clean, well-stocked and comfortable. The property and views were incredible. Minh-Ha was a truly exceptional host and communicator before and during our stay. We would give 10 stars if we could!

A Cousin Reunion!

This property is absolutely perfect for family time in MT - we had 11 kids ages 6-14 so the lake access and dock was awesome. The lay out is for gathering easy and relaxing often. The kitchen is really well stocked and the lay out allows many hands in the kitchen to help get meals out. There are two extra fridges in the garage which we were grateful for too. We made the best memories and connections that will last a lifetime. The host was extremely helpful, easy to communicate with, and thoughtful about preparing us for our stay. I would highly recommend this property for your family gathering on Flathead lake - it is a Flathead Dream!! Thank you!!

Thanksgiving Staycation

We had an absolute ball. It was such a wonderful place for our family to all come together and stay together. The main home has a stellar game room that everyone from kids to grandparents enjoyed. There were plenty of spaces to have multiple activities going on - board games at the table, football in the living room, billiards and shuffleboard in the gameroom. The guest house down by the lake was light and bright and made for a great change of scenery for some cards and hottub fun. Kitchen is outfitted nicely and we had no trouble putting on our entire Thanksgiving feast. Overall great experience and would stay again!

Dreamy views from outside gathering areas

This is a beautiful property with plenty of space to enjoy by all. Neighbors were challenging and should not be living on a vacation lake, but unfortunately they are there. The road can be loud behind the house, but the sound of the tree leaves rattling and birds helped cover that sound up some. The lake views and clear beauty of the lake were breathtaking!

This was the most incredible spot I have ever been to! And I have traveled the world… Flathead Lake is the most gorgeous lake surrounded by the Rockies, the views are credible! Our host Minh-Ha Murphy was nothing but gracious and accommodating. We are going back as soon as it's available!!!!!

Family reunion

The property was even better than we expected and perfect for our family reunion! We appreciated the paddle boards, kayaks and peddle boat offered by the host for a small fee. Flathead Lake was gorgeous and we all enjoyed the sparkling clean water! The host was very accommodating and Mae sure all of our needs were met😊

Wonderful Family Experience!

Perfect setting and so very comfortable! The children had a great time learning to fish from the dock and skip rocks. They really had fun in the game room! Shuffle board, board games, blocks and pool made the rainy moments a fun opportunity! The kitchen is so well supplied that we were able to prepare all meals effortlessly. The deck is lovely. Our whole experience was pure joy!

Fantastic lake property for all ages.

We already want to book it for next year! Wonderful lake front. Littles can play on the pebble beach. Huge deck to visit in the evening while kids played in the yard. Large common area for big groups. House was well stocked for all our needs. Kitchen was better than most for cooking for large groups. Only issue was internet service but owners are working on it. Property manager was very easy to work with. Highly recommend!

Wonderful location to make cherished family memories

Beautiful home complete with a spectacular waterfront location and comfortable accommodations. The home came with, an opportunity to access paddle boards, kayaks, and a peddle boat. We had a memorable family reunion and accommodated multiple generations. We loved our stay and will cherish our memories!

Best Family Trip!

There was 16 of us total and this property was perfect! Young kids were able to play in the lawn, sand and the water! Everyone else enjoyed the paddle boards and enjoying the lake view. This property is a must have and I'd recommend it to anyone. Also, the host is amazing!
