This was the perfect place for us to stay for our first visit to the island! Loved the central location to the north and south parts of the island. They also have beach chairs and snorkeling gear for your use as well. The host was amazing!! Our trip was for my wife’s birthday and I messaged the host so that I could arrange surprise flowers and wine for my wife. They executed the plan perfectly! They really went above and beyond for us and it was evident that they truly did care about our experience. I highly recommend this listing as well as anything that Premier Kauai manages! Thank you so much for allowing us to stay here

It is a beautiful ocean front condo. We love this location that is easy to go north and west of Kauai. It is walking distance to bike rental, restaurants, bakery, and market.

The bedroom air conditioner was not functioning properly. The condensation was dripping onto the carpet and flooded the carpet. When the host was notified she sent two older women with towels to blot up the water and turn on two fans to help dry the carpet. You can tell that this had happened previous because the entire room smelled like mold. I purchased air sanitizer to help alleviate the odor By the third day of our trip, at 2 am the ac went out completely. I notified the host again asking that repairs be made properly or kindly move us to a different unit. We were moved to a new building to finish out our 10 day stay.Also, while staying here, I had to wash the bathroom floor mat myself as it was stained from others using it. The cold water on the washer was not working, there were roach traps throughout the corners in the kitchen. The “private beach” was off the main road and accessible to anyone, therefore NOT private. I think we expected a little more for 3,100 for 10 days. Would I stay here again, no. Would I recommend this condo community, no..

When you leave the AC running while not in the condo all day it does cause issues. It is intended to keep you cool in the evening not keep a empty unit cool when you are at the beach. Gorgeous view. Loved how quiet the area was. Area felt safe , even though a few people seemed to camp out on the beach out front. They were kind and friendly folk. AC was exceptionally loud , thankfully it wasn’t too hot we could do without. Carpet will get damp if AC left running too cold (hard to avoid in this climate). Maybe removing carpets in the future to avoid the issue.Fully stocked kitchen, very spacious spot. Overall great stay, would return!

Was great the kitchen had everything you would need. They went the extra mile and even had coffee pods and drip waiting. The condo was super clean very comfortable and will defiantly stay on our next trip.

Lovely location and condo

Clean and spacious condo, amazing view and location is ideal for traveling to different parts of the island. Overall, really enjoyed staying here.

Beautiful View

We loved the lanai and even saw humpbacks and turtles while sitting out there! The central location was perfect for us and we appreciated being away from the hustle and bustle of resort areas.

Peaceful Getaway in Wailua!

We loved our visit to Wailua! So much to do within walking distance from this special place! We enjoyed snorkeling, kayaking, hiking, various beaches, and delicious food right from our doorstep!

Amazing stay

This place was one of the favorite places my wife and I have stayed on Kauai. It is conveniently located to explore the entire island. The view of our room was a bonus. We hope to stay again in the future.

Tropical romantic

We had a great time in this condo. It was comfortable, had everything we needed, interior is Hawaii beautiful with all the furniture and surroundings. Stay was wonderful

Chill Home Base to explore Kauai

It was our first time in Kauai, so we weren't sure where to stay, and this condo was perfect. We rented a car and did day trips to Hanalei, Poipu, Waimea canyon, and plenty of local beaches from this convenient spot, then came back and relaxed with the great ocean view on the lanai.
