We would like to clarify that this unit does not have air conditioning, which is disclosed in the property listing and within the unit information. Steamboat Springs is a mountain community where approximately 90% of homes do not have A/C due to the cooler temperatures we typically experience overnight and in the mornings. While we understand that Steamboat can experience warmer temperatures during certain stays, we are unable to control outdoor conditions or the temperature inside the home. For guests staying in properties without A/C, we also send a reminder message with tips on how to help keep the home cooler during periods of warmer weather, including ways to maximize airflow and comfort. Regarding the maintenance concerns you experienced, we apologize for the inconvenience. We understand that having technicians visit during your stay was frustrating, and we appreciate your patience while our team worked to address the reported issues. Our goal is always to resolve maintenance items as quickly and efficiently as possible while minimizing disruption to our guests. Thank you again for your feedback.
