Beach days are the best days

We enjoyed our stay. The condo was clean and well equipped. The walk to the beach was short. The area was family friendly and quiet. We would definitely stay at Sugar Beach again.

Nice location

Moderately clean, needs some updates, 2 lamps did not work, there is a hole in the ceiling by the patio door, first floor shower does not drain well and needed to be cleaned before using. Overall it’s was in a great location. We have stayed in this complex before and we really like it.

Best Condos

We’ve stayed at Sugar Beach a few times, first time in this condo. It was clean and well equipped. The kitchen had adequate dishes and cookware. Washer and dryer worked great. We love the location and proximity to the beach. We also enjoy that it isn’t super crowded right in front of this complex. We will stay here again!

Great location and unit

We had a great time. My only complaint is the floors need to be deep cleaned. If you walked in your bare fee, the bottoms were nasty.

We absolutely loved our stay! We’ve stayed at several condos in this area over the years, and this one quickly became one of our favorites.The condo was spotless, comfortable, and surprisingly spacious. It easily accommodated two adults and four teenagers without ever feeling cramped, which is no small feat! Everyone had plenty of room to spread out and relax.The location couldn’t have been better. The beach was an easy walk, and there were plenty of restaurants, surf shops, and fun attractions nearby, so we rarely had to drive. We also loved that there were no elevators to deal with after long beach days.The gated property made us feel safe, and we never worried about our vehicles. We left our beach chairs and umbrella outside the front door throughout our stay (just like several other guests did), and everything was untouched.One thing we especially appreciated was how well the air conditioning worked. Walking into a nice, cold condo after spending hours in the Florida heat was amazing! We also enjoyed relaxing on the two balconies overlooking the pond and recreation area.This condo had everything we needed for a wonderful vacation. We would absolutely stay here again and will definitely be booking it for future trips. Highly recommend!

Graduation get away

My son graduated from high school this year and my family from TX came so I wanted to show them our favorite beaches. There was plenty of room for all 8 of us. We walked to dinner every night, it was so convenient. Plus there were kid friendly entertainment within walking distance. The condo was clean and on the beach.

Nice condo

This was a nice condo. Very clean. Communication was good. We enjoyed the courtyard, tennis courts, pool and beach access. My only complaint is that the beds aren’t super comfortable. Outside of that, everything was great!

Paradise

It’s always unnerving to not know anything about where we will be staying. Upon entering the condo, an immediate sense of ease washed over us! We felt comfortable and completely at home. This was our daughter’s surprise engagement event! I can’t say enough about how much we enjoyed our visit! We are already planning for next July (2024)!!

Great condo

This was a great condo. Spacious with a great view. My only complaint would be that the kitchen cabinets need a good clean on the outside. I washed all the knobs on the front of the doors because they were sticky. Otherwise, the condo was very clean and well stocked. The kitchen was very well stocked with pots/pans/dishes. The beds were very comfortable. We enjoyed that the condo had 3 bathrooms. It made it easier for getting ready for our day. Overall it was a great stay.

Nice, clean property

For us, this was the ideal location. We weren't on the party end of the strip yet, we had several options for food and shopping within walking distance from the condo. We had easy, beachfront access and a nice pool area with club house. There was also a nice sized grill in a separate area. I looked for the office to obtain a parking decal as per instruction but, they were closed all weekend. Not sure how that works if you are there during the week. Overall, we had a great time. Our condo was spacious and offered everything we could imagine needing. There was a large Koi pond with tons of turtles, a shuffleboard court and a tennis court if we needed a dry option. Very pleased.

My daughters and nieces loved having the room that slept 4 to themselves. Easy walk to the beach. Multiple ceiling tiles in the kitchen were broken and stained. Pots and pans were put away in the cabinets dirty. Kitchen refrigerator felt like it wasn’t keeping our groceries cool enough, so we went and purchased a large ice chest to keep perishables in it, response we got from host was “it takes 24hrs for the refrigerator to cool”. I don’t feel like that was an appropriate response when food spoils in much less time than that. Overall, we liked our stay at Sugar Beach, but would try a different unit next time.

The pictures of the condo on the website is very deceiving. We were shocked when we walked into the condo and saw all the water stains all over the ceiling. The ceiling tiles were ready to fall off ceiling. Living room furniture was very dirty and dust was thick on the ceiling fans. Thank goodness for Sarah and Darryl at Emerald Properties. They did right by us by putting us in another condo(a clean and very nice). I would not recommend this condo to anyone! The owner needs to fix what needs repairing and replace LR furniture or have professionally cleaned! Disgusting place.

The condo was adequate for our needs; however it could use some updates. Wish we would have had more cookware. The communication was very good. We had an issue with the TV in the living room; however a quick call & maintenance came within 30 minutes.Easy walk to the beach & very nice pool.Check in & check out were both very easy!

Could only see the ocean from the corner of the balcony. Tubs drain VERY slow. Toilets do not flush well. Also the gate code changed while we were there and the host had no clue when we messaged them. Thankfully someone who worked the property was close by. Proximity to beach was amazing! Parking right at your door was great!

The condo had broken glass on the floor at check in. Needed to be cleaned and we had to keep shoes on to avoid injuring feet. Dishwasher was broken and could not be closed or used. Dryer timer was broken and we had to keep an eye on it to keep it from running all the time. Screen door upstairs and down stairs did not work and was off the track. Coax cable box was out of the wall behind the TV. Visible chips in the granite counter top. Headboards in upstair bedrooms were not attached to bed. Blinds were also damaged. Unit is not well maintained!

Security Codes

Our stay was great. The only thing that was annoying was that the property management company randomly changed the gate codes throughout the week without notifying the guests so it was always a guessing game and waiting for someone with the correct code to let us in.
