Rooms wasn’t as advertised listed like they was ocean front, bed layout wasn’t as advertised, staying in tower 3 would have to get on elevator from parking garage, go to level 3 walk across then back in elevator to your floor which makes unloaded and loading difficult, bed sheets had stains, showers had hairs in them, floors would make your feet black while walking on them without socks, couches when we pulled out had dirt, socks and trash in them,

Views were spectacular, Pool and Hot tub were amazing, My only complaint is that there was terrible pots and pans and made it very difficult to cook. as well as no extras at all meaning oil fans, salt and pepper, seasonings Etc. I know I bought a fan and a box of garbage bags lots of toilet paper and paper towel as well as laundry soap and dish soap etc. That I left there it would be nice if the next people could use it instead of taking it .

We arrived at 6pm and walked into the room and it had not been cleaned. We felt like Goldilocks and the 3 bears somebody had slept in our beds. The room had not been cleaned which was disappointing. Finally after multiple phone calls and three hours had passed our room had been cleaned. Unfortunately, grocery items synchronized as paper towels and toiletries items I had purchased were removed from my room. I assume the housekeepers thought it were items left by the previous guests. I was offered 200 to out for dinner while they cleaned our room as compensation for being inconvenienced. Although we did not go out since we could not clean up without fresh towels and it was after 8pm. Instead I went to buy food items for breakfast, sandwiches and snacks for the my family, etc. The room was cleaned and deodorized when I returned which I appreciate. The room was very nice and my family did have a good time. I can’t blame the owners of the condo but I think management should better engaged for not ensuring the room had been cleaned. We enjoyed our stay. The location is excellent. The pool is amazing.The condo is fine but needs to be cleaner. The floor needs to be cleaned really well.My grandson’s feet were black after running around for 20 minutes.Our bathroom rug was very dirty.The shower needs to be cleaner.The condo had a great view of the pool.The set up of the building is odd. Unless you can get a spot on the 3rd floor of the parking garage you have to deal with 2 elevators.There needs to be a few more carts. I think people were getting them first thing in the morning and holding onto them until they were packed.There needs to be an inside lock on the entrance door up high that kids can’t reach.The kitchen could be better equipped. I couldn’t find a spatula to flip pancakes.The grandkids enjoyed the bunk room.This condo is ok but with a little work could be much better.

Loved the condo!

This condo was very nice and well cleaned. The location was excellent, the pool was amazing, the fitness center was the best I’ve seen at similar locations, and we enjoyed getting fresh donuts downstairs a couple times during our visit. We had four adults and three children, and the condo had plenty of room for us all. Easy walk to Pier Park. Easy access to the beach. The only improvements we would suggest are some more/larger pots and pans and a couple more dish towels and dish cloths. We made meals several nights for the week we were there, and more options in the kitchen would have made that simpler. We would most definitely rent this condo again!

Gorgeous Condo | Perfect Location

The ocean view was perfect. We loved the easiness of check in and parking, the condo was immaculate and had all the accommodations we desired. I would book this room in a heartbeat again. Staff was friendly and having access to the assortment of meals downstairs was perfect when wanting to stay in or ordering food to eat at the pool. So many good things I could say about this condo and Calypso III.
