The house was absolutely gorgeous, and the view from our bedroom was astounding! Everything was amazing from start to finish, including the communication and easy check-in. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend it!

Everything about this house was perfect! It looked just like it was pictured. The road going in was a bit steep and curvy, but that’s how you get those beautiful views! The house had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Plenty of cookware, dishes, etc. Also beach chairs to take to the beach,beach towels, and a couple of coolers. We went to Magens Bay twice as it was very close, but also Sapphire beach, Coral world, Coki Beach and we took the ferry over to St. John’s as well. We did lose power a couple of times as that seems to be a problem on the island , but the generator kicked in just like it was supposed to and we were never without power. The pool was beautiful and the views from every room were amazing! We all hated to leave! Hope to come back someday! Thank you Joel for sharing your home!

We had a wonderful stay at Seaside Villa! Joel was an amazing host and communicated everything perfectly from start to finish. The home was beautiful, comfortable, well-appointed, and had everything our family of seven needed.The absolute highlight was the outdoor area—the views are simply spectacular! The pool overlooking the water was beautiful, and we spent so much time outside just enjoying the incredible scenery. We truly couldn’t have asked for a better home or location for our St. Thomas vacation.A special bonus was Joel’s recommendation of our taxi driver, Curlton. He took wonderful care of our group throughout our stay and made getting around the island so easy.Thank you, Joel, for sharing your beautiful home with us and for helping make our family vacation so memorable. We would absolutely recommend Seaside Villa and would love to stay again!

Wow, what an awesome place! The pictures don’t do it justice ! Joel was very responsive to any of our questions that we had and the guy Carlson who met us when we landed and showed us around the place was great as well! Can’t say enough how great this place was! Exceptionally clean and modern. The views from this place are incredible! If you are looking to do any cooking, he has everything you can think of to make meals. There are wonderful views from every bedroom in the place! Sunrises are unbelievable! We seen rainbows 2 different days. The pool was very nice and clean and he even had beach chairs for us to take to the beach. My family and I can’t say enough good things about this place! We would definitely recommend it to anyone looking to visit the island! You will not be disappointed! Thank you Joel and staff!

The Villa had everything you could think of that you would need while away from home. Six adults and 2 children under three and it was a perfect layout for all of us to be more than comfortable together and alone time!

We really enjoyed our family vacation at this property. There were 8 of us and we had more than enough room for everyone. The pool was nice and is even bigger than it looks in the pictures. The view is stunning!! It is comforting to know that the community is gated. This property is very close to Magen's Bay which we loved! It is a bit of a drive to Charlotte Amalie but the house is well worth the drive! We did have a problem with the water - we had none - but we contacted Joel and we had the problem resolved within an hour or two. Great place to stay in St Thomas!!! We would stay again without hesitation!

Thank you Wendy. Just to clarify the water issue. We have level alarms on both cisterns so we know when to reorder, however, someone had played with the toggle switches so that the low one did not alert us. Joel

This home was the PERFECT family getaway destination. The views, the pool, the amenities. 10 out of 10 in every way. We loved that each bedroom has its own temp control. The huge kitchen is a great gathering point to start and end each day. We enjoyed the quiet coffee time each morning watching the sun rise over Tortola. Wow! Plenty of covered outdoor space to be out of the sun. We had a mix of young children and adults and the pool and playroom gave everyone plenty to do. The reality is even better than the pictures. Just wow!

This is an absolutely beautiful property - the photos are true to what you find! Our family of six enjoyed our time at this villa; everyone enjoyed our Christmas and New Year's stay. The property has awesome views and is in a very quiet neighborhood. The fact that there is a generator is great and makes your stay very seamless with no interruption of power.Joel is very responsive to any questions that you have and is great to work with!We highly recommend this property - you won't be disappointed!!

Exquisite view of the ocean, ample outdoor seating with shady areas as well as sunny spots, large comfortable bedrooms, plenty of a/c and hot water, very well-built home.
