Lisa is a wonderful host. The condo is exactly how it is listed, clean and has everything you need from chairs and umbrellas to pots and pans. Outside of the condo, the pool was really clean and relatively quiet, the view from the balcony is great too. We plan on coming back and staying at this property again.

Well equipped with beach towels and toys, plus kitchen items. No ice machine but hostess left a bag of i e. Offered early check in and check out.

The condo was amazing, the communication was top-notch, we had the absolute best time and we will be staying here for all of our future trips, cannot say enough positive things. This place is perfect.

Comfortable, peaceful, beautiful. It was exactly what I wanted in a weekend. The beach has been rejuvenated, the sand was perfectly soft, and check in was a snap.

Besides not realizing each unit is assigned only one parking spot, we loved this place. The location, the view, the convenience to the pool and beach was perfect for our family. Parking is a problem in the general area we learned after we got our parking situation resolved by the front desk gal.

We had a wonderful stay!! The unit has a great view and is lovely. We really enjoyed all ofthe family friendly amenities, including nice set up for coffee and breakfast and especially having beach chairs and towels here!

Beach Gem!

This place was perfect for a St. Pete Beach family vacation. Host Lisa was awesome. Pool and hot tub on premises were great with a walk out right on the beach.

Great place!

We had such a great stay. It was the perfect place - great host, clean, right on the beach, nice pool, and close to a lot of good restaurants and fun spots. We’ll be back!

The condo was perfect for our family get together. We couldn’t ask for more with the perfect weather and the help from Lisa (condo owner) and Emily (property manager). Lisa communicated several days prior to check in and throughout our stay. Provided instructions for check in and out, all very simple. Emily was helpful with providing a day pass for our family for a few hours as we gather on the beach. We were on the beach most of our stay but we agreed the extra room of a condo was much better than a 2 room hotel. Beds were comfortable and decent water pressure in the showers. The balcony had a nice corner view of the beach especially in the morning with our coffee. Loved having the washer and dryer. We went home with clean laundry, bonus. We didn’t need any dishes since we ordered out but looked like plenty would be available. It was very nice having the beach chairs from the condo along with a few umbrellas (didn’t need) and sand toys (didn’t need). We didn’t use the pool but was nice having as an option as well as the shower to rinse off the sand from the beach. Was impressed that maintenance was available if needed even on a Sunday. Liked the covered parking that kept our car shaded. We truly enjoyed our visit and loved that we didn’t have to book a week. Huge plus for us.

Beach trip for family

A small bump in the road on our arrival but Lisa quickly took care of everything. Would recommend to anyone who is looking for great location and wonderful hosts.
