The property will be renovating from November 3 2025 to December 20 2025 (completion date subject to change). When sanding floors it will be loud 9am-5pm. The following areas are affected:
-Exterior
-Hallway
-Lobby
-parking area
During renovations, the condo resort will make every effort to minimize noise and disturbance
@ Schedule has 4th floor North side scheduled Dec 10-20 ( prices have been reduced for the inconvenience).
@ Also part of North side will be 11/28-12/9. Arrival is very easy! No waiting to check in. Go right to the North elevator to the 4th floor. There is an electronic lock with a numeric code. I will provide the code as your date approaches.
