Our maintenence crew has taken care of the oven door, dishwasher and doors issues that you reported, thank you for pointing that out. As for the little rodent that entered the house when you kept all doors open, fortunately house keeping was able to catch him and released him, as much as we try to keep them from entering the premises once in a while they find their way into the house as we live at their habitat as well, we appreciated your honest review and we hope to see you back in Cabo soon!

Hi Brooke, happy to heat you enjoyed your stay at Villa Sebastian as well as the amenities and services provided, sorry about the AUX cord, as you said we tried our best to fix it but unfortunately a technician was needed and it is not easy to find one on the weekends, I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience, cable has been fixed and it is properly working now, hope to see you back in Cabo soon.

Dear Mrs Estell, glad to hear you enjoyed the views and amenities at Villa Sebastian, the pool heater has been tested and it is in perfect working condition but it does take about 3 hours to get to the desire temperature, the house manager would have glad to walk you to the process of heating the pool but unfortunately you never contacted her to report you had an issue with this. The dish service is address in the US, so all you have to do is adjust the time to our local time if you wish to view a specific program, which no other guests have found this to be a problem, sorry if this was an inconvenient to you. Villa Sebastian is indeed a multi level villa as described in my listing, therefore we do have a few sets of stairs which is disclose in my description of the accomodations you booked., in the pool level we have several shaded areas, a full size palapa, a shaded seating area plus umbrellas on the lounge chairs. Pedregal is an upscale residencial community in Cabo, they do have a very strict noise policy in place and of course all guests are required to adhere to these rules, but unfortunately some guests will not follow the rules from time to time and security will do their best to contact them, sorry you encounter some of these unruly guests during your stay.

Dear Ricky, so sorry for the inconvenience while your stay at Villa Sebastian, it was confirmed by housekeeping that the problem started in the middle of your stay, management was notified on Friday and the problem was addressed by Saturday morning, the plumber indicated the smell came from a malfunction of the toilet plumbing system which needed to be replaced, the problem has been reported as solved, we try our best to provide our guests with a fantastic experience while staying at Villa Sebastian but unfortunately unpredictable issues arise without any warning, fortunately our management team is available 24/7 to respond as soon as possible, please accept our apologies and we sincerely hope you give us the opportunity to host your stay again on your next adventure to Cabo in the near future. Dear Jennifer, I am very surprised to read your review, I understand you were upset because your original reservation cancelled on you but when you contacted me and ask for a last minute stay and ask about construction nearby I was completely honest as I am with all my guests, we do not have construction adjacent to us, they are close by and you were perfectly aware of that, they are on final stages and almost done, working on the inside of the house, only two are active and they are on the hill behind us. As for the cameras they are not located inside the house, we have one on the garage, one on the main entrance and two on the back doors where people have access, and this is for your own protection, all doors and windows have a black uv ray protection tint and nothing can be seen from the outside of the house, these cameras are not being monitor all the time, only property manager has access to them and footage is only review in case of a security issue at the guest request. You were also properly disclosed that the house is within walking distance to the marina, we are less than a mile away, we also told you there were hills on the return. As for the insects we are on the desert and we are on their habitat, even after we have pest control twice a month they find their way in but they die inmediately, not trying to hide them at all. And lastly my listing is not paused, it is very well live since 2009, since then we take pride to provide personal and excellent service to all my new and satisfied returning guests year after year, as you can see on all my previous reviews.
