Beautiful, clean home with lots of space and many rooms to spread out! The lake was perfect, we loved using the kayaks and the water was so clear and stayed shallow pretty far out so that made it easy for the kids to play in. One thing we were surprised to find was that the property was not as secluded as we had expected, based on the pictures shown. It is good to know ahead of time that there are other cabins and campers fairly close to the house, and that renters are sharing the property with the host. The family was very gracious, friendly and helpful to us. As long as you aren’t hoping to feel alone/away from everyone & everything, it is a wonderful place to stay.

This is a very nice property, and we felt it was very clean. The pictures are representative of what you will find. We had a group of 18 and we all had plenty of room to spread out and have our own space. The hosts live nearby in case you need something, but are not intrusive at all. The little coffee shop nearby was a nice bonus. Overall, we had an extremely positive experience.

The hosts go above and beyond to make sure you have a great experience, great location, great Lake and can’t complain such a cute little coffee shop and best caramel rolls next door at Justice Two Coffee. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts

Our Kansas family reunion of 24 Ages 15 to 77 yrs was amazing in this house with lots of room for gathering. Lots of tables and chairs for games and crafts. The grounds are kept, clean and accommodating for gathering. The small beach area is private and our teens loved the Kayaks, Lilly pad and paddle boats. Beds are comfortable and rooms are spacious. The kitchen is equipped with supplies for cooking. If I had any complaints about this home it would be the kitchen in really not large enough to host 20-25 people 2 ovens would be wonderful and an industrial refrigerator and a larger cook top. Also air conditioning in the kitchen is compromised but wonderful elsewhere in the house. The hosts are wonderful and eager to help with any concerns. I would definitely recommend this VRBO

The property was great and the owners were friendly and very easy to work with. We had a group of 18 family ages 19 to 82 and the property was plenty big. Very much appreciated the 1 master suite on the main floor so no steps for grandpa and grandma. The beach area was great and the young adults enjoyed the fire pit by the lake.

Great Stay!

We were only there a short time, but the stay was great and had everything we needed. Dishes, appliances, bedding, etc. was great to be able to utilize during our stay. I would recommend!
