We had an excellent stay! Property was super clean and well lad out to accommodate three families with kids. Great communication, everything you could need in the kitchen, and you truly can’t beat the location. Loved every minute and we’ll be back!

We absolutely loved our stay at Ocean’s 14. The location is unbelievable - we loved the lagoon out back and spent a ton of time hanging out on the porches and by the pool. We saw lots of turtles, juvenile gators, herons & owls - we LOVED it! The proximity to the town also cannot be beat. The home feels incredibly private considering you’re just a 5 minute walk from town. The home itself is beautiful and spacious, no issues or complaints to speak of - we actually found the kitchen to be quite well stocked with coffee and cooking supplies. The host was extremely communicative and helpful. I’ve got nothing but good things to say! Thanks for an amazing stay, Ryan!

This house is stunning and has everything you could possibly need!! Plenty of room and walkable to the pier area where there are cute boutiques and delicious restaurants! The hosts were very friendly and super responsive, we truly couldn’t have asked for better.

We had the best week! We have kids from 5 to 13. The older kids enjoyed being able to walk to the cute downtown area. The adults loved walking to restaurants. The house is fully stocked for cooking for large groups. We loved the private pool and cute turtles that the fed all week. The house is beautiful and nicely updated. Ryan was so kind and accommodating!We will be booking the same house for next summer.

Spaces were all very comfortable for our large group. Pool was cold but kids used it a little. Location is perfect for walking to Mallory Square. Everything in the home is very nice quality and well stocked. Very impressive.

Wonderful house and location

Our vacation with 3 families was great due to this fantastic house! It was a perfect location to all the stores and restaurants and the pier! The house was equipped with all the amenities we needed!

Beautiful hidden Gem!

We had a short stay but it was memorable. Our kids had a blast in the pool and the property was beautiful. We’ll definitely try to rent again in the future.

Our four generation family had a wonderful stay at this beautiful St Simons beach rental! The location was perfect-within walking distance to the village and pier, restaurants, children's play area, putt-putt and lighthouse. We rented a golf cart which gave us added flexibility to access the beach and ocean from several different public access areas. The home itself was beautiful, and we especially loved the screened-in porch overlooking the lagoon. It was the perfect space to relax and enjoy the scenery.The heated pool was a huge hit with our kids and made our stay even more enjoyable. The host was extremely responsive and quick to help with any questions or requests we had throughout our visit. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing and convenient beach getaway.

Ryan, the host, was incredibly accommodating and made everything seamless for our stay.The house was spotless, beautifully maintained, and in an excellent location. This property is absolutely beautiful! The house is spacious and comfortable! There was plenty of room for our group of 7 adults and 3 kids! We loved the porch and pool area overlooking the pond! Great location!

This was a great family house. Plenty of room for everybody to be together and also have their own space. Great porches. Plenty of dining space. I definitely rent this house again

Family Gathering

This is an amazing property and we will be staying here again. The house is beautiful and had everything we needed plus some. The house is close to the neighbors, but was built in such a way that it is very private. The neighbors were very friendly. The location to town and beach was very convenient. We had an amazing time and recommend this property.
