The unit was amazing! It is better than the photos! Very bright, super clean with a tropical feel and smell! The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you need. The beds were comfortable, and I loved their Master shower. The view was amazing every morning drinking coffee in the deck! The golf cart was a tremendous plus! It worked very well and even had a back-up camera! The pool was very clean and we always had it to ourselves. The best part was the host! I made a huge error when I booked and they immediately called me, fixed it for me in my favor. They were not obligated to do so! We will be back!

The house was exaxtly as pictured. The golf cart was a very nice perk. We only used our rental car once to drive over into Destin. The beach is a short golf cart trip away and beautiful! Would definitely stay again if ever in the area.

Nice place and location

The resort is easy to navigate and the rental was as expected. Comfortable to for the family. Clean and everything we needed for a long weekend stay. The golf cart made it very easy to get around the resort area and to the beach.

Bathrooms were more than deplorable toilets were extremely old vanities were even older clutter in all of the closets filled with junk, including a printer, cribs and all kinds of other stuff that just made the place feel dirty and crowded

We are so sorry you thought the condo was old but we have never had any complaints on this unit. The unit is exactly as the pictures and guests do ask for baby equipment from time to time. This is a home that the owners come to a lot so it is there choice on what they want or don't want in their closets. There is plenty of room in both closets for clothes and shoes. Thank you.

Great stay and great location!

We loved staying at this unit. It was a perfect location that was super close to everything and with having access to the golf cart, we were able to ride around everywhere. We had our 2 small kids with us and we all had the best time! Would definitely stay here again!

Perfect mother/daughter getaway

The condo was the perfect place to stay with my mom, SIL and MIL! Great location in the Sandestin resort and very easy check-in process. We enjoyed the comfort and the beauty of this condo!

We had a great time! We usually stay on the ocean side but this was still a great location. Very clean and had a well stocked kitchen for accessories and some seasonings. Wish the golf cart was parked a little closer but very minor.

Adorable little townhouse. Perfect; peaceful, beautiful, the sounds of animals around, lovely to be right on the golf course lagoon.

10 day vacay!

We had a good stay at the condo, everything was as described and only had a couple minor issues that were promptly addressed. We appreciate the opportunity to stay at your resort and enjoy the white sand beaches!

Great Area

The condo was clean, comfortable and had plenty of room for everyone to spread out. The location was very scenic. The property manager was very helpful and accommodating.

Lovely

This condo was clean and nicely decorated plus it has everything you needed for a comfortable stay. Communication was super quick and easy. We had a great time and would definitely come back.

Family Beach Vacation

Nice clean rental. Plenty of room for our family (3 adults, 2 kids). Loved having access to a golf cart this year. So convenient for trips to the Wharf and the beach. Property manager was always available for any questions we had prior to our trip.

Great stay !!

We stay 2 nights and even though we got one rainy day the stay made up for it!!! The view to the lake is so relaxing the patio adorable. The bed was so comfortable and the enough towels and so clean!! The beaches less than a 10min drive . We enjoy having beach chairs,water boards and the sand toys, which came so handy. Thank you so much for such a lovely stay !!!

Loved! Loved! Loved!

Stayed here with my teens/ adult children. We all loved it! We didn’t have to drive anywhere. We all enjoyed riding the golf cart to the beach, shops, restaurants. The condo was so nice and clean and beds were comfortable. We can’t wait to go back!

Anniversary get away

We always enjoy staying in this location, however, this time was very noisy. Workers were yelling right outside our window the first morning well before 8, then there was an incessant beeping from another unit for 2 days, finally the last morning leaf blowing started well before 8. The location, golf cart, cleanliness were all great.

Great overall stay!

The property was perfect for our family. Perfect location/access to beach. Only issue was the sunked in flooring in the hallway area and the toilet in the master bedroom didn't flush properly. We spoke with the property manager and noted the issue. We will definitely be back!

Great location

We had a great stay. The main level is convenient. We enjoyed being able to have the use of the kitchen and prepare our meals. The beds were comfortable and the extra large TV's were an added bonus. Having the golf cart was handy to get around and a must-have for easy beach parking. At the time of our stay there were a few beach chairs, boogie boards and sand toys. We had a great time and hope to come back soon!

Great stay and location

In all transparency, we noticed a large dead cockroach in the bathroom floor upon arrival. However I appreciate the owner spraying for bugs and there were no other “visitors” found. I cannot say enough good things about the property. Very clean and accessible and my children had a great time with the game system and porch. Great amenities and an overall very comfortable stay! Thank you so much to the owners for a relaxing getaway.

Nice place!!! The house is updated and it needs the plumbing update, very load noises coming from toilet. Smells old and musky

Great home and great location

The home was very convenient to everything on the resort and was exactly as described. The “association president” is not pleasant and was very disrespectful when we brought some groceries back in the golf cart, parked in our parking spot to unload and was told “you have 10 minutes!” He continues to roam the parking lot looking for “offenders"
