Nice place

My wife and two adult kids stayed here to fly fish and celebrate my birthday. The place is adequately appointed and nicely located. Definitely worth staying at again.

Yellowstone trip

Superb surroundings, fresh mountain air, lots of rivers and ponds, wild animals bisons, elks, bears etc. lots of interesting geysers.

Great 3 bedroom Chalet in Big Sky

We really enjoyed our stay. Layout was great with plenty of space four our group of 5. Kitchen had what we needed to cook meals. Town Center very close for groceries and supplies. Kids loved the decorations in the chalet. We travelled to Yellowstone and Bozeman and this was a great central location for that.

Wonderful Townhome

This townhome is an end unit with beautiful views off the back patio. The home was spacious and clean. We enjoyed our time in Big Sky and in this property.

Lovely family retreat

My family of seven thoroughly enjoyed this condo. Everything was nice and homey. Highlights were: it was very well stocked, beautiful view, quiet neighborhood on the edge of town. We loved the mountain themed decoration, the puzzles and games for kids and the amazing library of children’s books with mountain themes. Thanks for your sensitive understanding of family comfort.

Lovely stay

We had an excellent stay here for our ski trip to Big Sky. My kids (ages 6, 5, and 3) were very comfortable in the room with bunk beds. They were excited to find the board games and puzzles in the house. The two upstairs bedrooms are spacious and comfortable, both having en suite bathrooms. The fireplace was functional and the firewood was well stocked. The house was very cozy and with great proximity to the town and ski resort. We would definitely stay here again.

Very clean and nice furnishings. Close to town

We booked this for a trip to Yellowstone, and Yellowstone is about a 30 or so minute drive. For proximity to Big Sky and the hiking trails around Big Sky, this is a great location. You can walk to town. This is in a town home development. The inside was nicely furnished and very clean. I haven't seen a laundry chute in many, many years!

Great condo in a great location at Big Sky

Wonderful 3 bedroom, 3 bath condo! Perfect for a family get together. Close to Town Center and Ousel Falls. Roomy layout. There was even a growler for us to use to taste the great Montana beers nearby. The only downside was the condition of the appliances, which were quite old and slow, but still functional to prepare meals. Had a great griddle that we used often. Would recommend staying here if you have a group of family or friends.

Awesome vacation!

This was maybe the best VRBO we’ve ever stayed in! Kitchen was stocked with everything you need. The house was super clean. Our family of 6 had more than enough space. The location for our summer vacation was perfect. Only 45 mins-1 hr to Yellowstone. There’s a trail nearby for walking, jogging, biking. Only a mile from the Ousel Falls trailhead and a mile to town center. We will definitely be looking at Beehive managed properties for future Big Sky trips.

We enjoyed the condo! Plenty of room for our family of four to spread out, and we found that everything we needed was available on site. We skied 5 days in a row and found the location a fairly easy drive up to Madison Base. We also drove into town each night for dinner. We did a few of the puzzles over the course of the week and found all the furniture to be comfortable, which is not always the case! I’d say the only aspect that we struggled with was how cold the main floor was, especially the main floor bedroom. I suppose with the soaring ceilings the heat just rises, but both kids really had to bundle up to keep warm over night. Garage door was finicky but we figured out how to make it work. Would stay here again in the future!

Great cozy, well maintained condo

About 15 minute drive from slopes at lower altitude (4500’?). Kitch well stocked with nice pots, pans, cutlery. Beds comfy if a bit soft for my taste. Decorated with a gamesman’s touch. One car garage is great as well for getting in and out on snowy days. Mgmt co in good contact by email. Never needed anything extra during my stay. 2 min drive from small downtown area with small market, movie theater, pizza place, etc... Would love to come back someday.

Note for future renters: The home is at about 6000ft. elevation, you travel 7 miles from this home to the Resort. The base of the Resort sits around 7,900ft elevation. 10-minute drive on a good day, 15-minutes if its snowy. There is a shuttle pick up close by if you wish not to drive, but we encourage driving to keep your vacation on your time, not shuttle time! There is also free parking at the Resort.

Skier's Paradise

This property is one of the best I have visited. The layout of the house enabled our whole family to be comfortable. The fireplace, the views of the surrounding hillside, and even the artwork around the house make for a very aesthetic experience. The 3 bedrooms were all very comfortable and spacious enabled our family members to have their own space. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed to make our meals. And since we were primarily here for skiing. the property was reasonably close to the Big Sky Resort (15-20 min. door to main lodge). Our only minor disappointments were that heating system was often quite noisy, the garage could only accommodate a small car, and the shuttles to mountain were not that accessible to our location and typically required two separate buses.

To our future guests, we always recommend our guests to rent/bring their own vehicle rather than depending on the shuttle! In addition, the home has baseboard heaters which most homes in the Big Sky area has. In addition, within this particular neighborhood Firelight Subdivision, the garages accommodate a small SUV or a compact car due to other items located in the garage.

Nice Mountain Home

This was a nice mountain home with tons of space to spread out. Conveniently located near Big Sky Town Center 10-15 min away from Big Sky resort. Plenty of firewood in the garage and many of the basic amentities were provided. Spent many a night snuggled up near the cozy fire. Beehive Property Mgmt was also very timely with emails and also called us prior to make sure everything was ok. There were some odd quirks such as the heating system seeming to be undersized, though it was very near 0 degF outside. Electric heating fans to supplement baseboard heating and baseboard heating in 2nd floor bedrooms being a bit loud when turned on. Toaster and coffeemaker upgrade would be nice, too. P.S. Was disappointed that community is not set up for recycling.

There are only a few weeks a year we hit 0 and below in Big Sky, during those times heating systems have to work extra hard to help maintain the homes temperatures. You may notice the noise from the baseboard heat more often during these times because the system is having to run more than usual. We too are disappointed that the community does not have an effective recycling program, being essentially in the middle of no where, recycling can be difficult. The town does have a recycling center where you can drop off plastic, aluminum, and cardboard. However, due to the high number of travelers and their lack of separating garbage from recycling, this center is being taken away from the community.

This is a great place centrally located to several family fun activities. The house is just as described but the pictures just don’t do it justice. A perfect location for a slow down and just enjoy this beautiful country. We would definitely stay here again. Oh, and if you’re looking for a great place to eat, we highly recommend The Riverhouse. The bbq is off the chart delicious. Ask for Jake, he’s the best.

Wonderful condo

This was a great place to stay while we explored Yellowstone National Park. Plenty of space with everything we needed. Close to town, plus the backyard had a beautiful view of the mountains. Appreciated the homemade cookies on arrival. Stay Montana was terrific and allowed us to have a late checkout.

Base camp

We wanted a place to stay while exploring Yellowstone NP. This location meet that objective. However, the cabin in in a development with significant rules. It was like being in the suburb of a city. If your objective is to be in the country enjoying Montana's great outdoors, this isn't a good place for that.

Great stay for our holiday ski vacation

Nice and roomy for our family of 6. Exactly as pictured. Kitchen was very well stocked for celebrating and cooking (even had a slow cooker), and plenty of room for multiple cooks to collaborate. Cozy blankets and comfy couches for sitting by the fireplace. Close to stores and restaurants as needed. Just lovely.

Home Sweet Home

A wonderful place to stay. All the comforts of home. Kitchen has everything you could possibly need to cook. Lots of extra blankets, pillows, and places to sleep. Wonderful wood-burning fireplace (which we used every night). Lots of board games (which we only discovered on our last night). Very clean! Quiet neighborhood. Quick drive to Big Sky resort. Definitely recommend and would stay there again.
