BEAUTIFUL CONDO - AMAZING BEACH VIEW FROM PRIVATE BALCONY

2 bedroom,1 bath, located on the beach in the heart of South Padre.

BE COMFORTABLE | Our two bedrooms are furnished with brand new queen size beds with memory foam mattresses and antibacterial luxury white sheets. Each room has a built in USB port on each lamp and a fun clock/alarm clock. If you prefer to sleep-in, just draw the drapes before bedtime. Open the sliding glass doors in the master and let the soothing sound of the surf and the scent of fresh salt air lull you to sleep.

The kitchen offers a fun play in color with a new vintage turquoise fridge, new stainless steel stove/oven and range hood. Start your day with a cup of fresh brewed coffee on your private balcony enjoying the beautiful sunrise over the Gulf of Mexico.

SWIM, SUN AND PLAY | Just outside the back of our building is the newly remodeled and year-round pool and spa. South Padre Island (SPI) boasts some of the cleanest beaches in the state of Texas and to get on the beach you only need to walk through the gate, it’s that close.

EAT POOLSIDE | There are three BBQ /picnic areas right next to the pool, spa, and beach. ** During the winter, the pool's temperature is around 72 degrees while the hot tub is 102 degrees.

STAY SAFE | The Aquarius is a gated building, staffed with a friendly and professional management team who are available to you 24/7. The building offers free parking, a laundry room, a small fitness room and separate women’s and men’s sauna rooms.

GET OUT AND ABOUT | Conveniently located in the heart of SPI you’ll be a short walking distance to shopping, entertainment and great bay-side restaurants. There is no lack of things to do on the Island and in nearby areas for both adults and children. Activities include but are not limited to: golf, parasailing, jet ski rental, water-park, go carts, dolphin watch, bird watching, sea turtle exhibit, maritime museum and a lighthouse to mention just a few.

No wristband fee in effect although, there is a replacement fee for lost wristbands.

Amazing Views & Great Location

Our stay was great. The views are stunning, the building and parking easy to get in and out, and the pool and other amenities are very nice. The unit is so cute and the weekend stay was very comfortable. Thank you for being wonderful hosts, Rachel and Willy!

Great location and interior design.

Love this place, very clean new updated unit. Beds are Awesome and the sunrise view did not disappoint! Great location, you can walk everywhere. I will be staying again.

Escape from the north

My wife and I and friends were in need of a break from our jobs and our home weather. The area was very hospitable as was the staff at the condo. The best part was the comfort and view, we all were able to relax and enjoy South Padre Island.

Wonderful Condo

While the condo was darling and right on the ocean we were not able to complete our stay. The building had a boiler problem which required new parts, so we had no hot water. We got in touch with Rachel immediately, and she responded quickly working with us to find the best solution. While we were disappointed that our stay was short, Rachel and Willie were excellent hosts. We hope to visit again sometime and rent from Rachel and Willie.

Best Getaway on South Padre Island!!

Relaxing Vacation

We had a great time on our vacation. The condo is beachfront and the views are mesmerizing. The condo is fully stocked with blankets, towels, dinnerware, pots, pans, etc. It is close to many restaurants. The pool and hot tub are nice after a day at the beach. The Great Escape

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. Everything we needed was there. The bedding was fantastic, especially for those who prefer a firm yet comfortable bed. The communication with the host was flawless. The check-in/check-out process was simple. The location is walking distance to the beach, shops and several restaurants. When we go back to South Padre Island we will hope this property is available again.

Beautiful Beachfront!

Rachel & Willie, Great condo! Perfect for the two of us. Had everything needed except there was only the one trash bag. Otherwise, location is awesome, clean, great property and management service. Loved every moment on the large balcony with the Gulf breeze and sunrises. The living room is beautifully done so you do not feel cramped at all. Great job with this space!

Priceless

We celebrated our 20th anniversary here in Jan 2022. The weather ended up being very windy and cold so the well decorated living area and balcony were the perfect place to renew our wedding. The accommodations exceeded our expectations with great decor, linens and small touches. Owners were quick to respond when we couldn’t connect to WiFi. The beach access was ideal and the hot tub was nice and hot. We will stay again !

Relaxing time

The views from this 8th floor unit made it worth the money. You can see the entire beach. I found myself standing outside listening to the surf every night before going to bed. The property owner is great. Responds immediately. You just don’t see customer service like that anymore. It is a dying art form, but here, it is alive and well.

When it comes to getting away, who doesn't want to feel spoiled. I'm an entrepreneur and momma of two beautiful girls. I know when I go on vacation I want everything to be thought of for me and to be taken care of so I can enjoy my time as much as possible.

This is our first vacation rental and I am loving everything about it so far. I focused my efforts on quality bedding, comfortable textiles and a neutral color scheme. I designed this unit in hopes that you could enjoy your time away and really feel on vacation.

Ocean View 805 resides in a gated condo, right on the beach, in the heart of South Padre Island where guests can also enjoy a clean pool, hot tub, sauna and a work out facility. The condo is surrounded by local restaurants and all of the fun attractions available. The location offers so much to guests.
