View of the water was impressive. Little bit of a walk from unit to get on the beach but wasn’t bad. Unit was clean and had everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again. Enjoyed our week.

Great unit - we appreciated balconies providing views of both the beach, and Laguna Madre. It was also nice having the bedrooms upstairs, separated from the living space downstairs. We made good use of the kitchen and the washer/dryer, and enjoyed the large hot tub and pool, and convenient beach access.

The condo was absolutely beautiful and perfect for my family of 6! The view from the balcony is unbelievable too!! Super-clean grounds, perfect close access to the beach and high quality guests. The owner was very communicative and quick to respond. We plan to book this condo again next year!!

Great condo. Views of Gulf of America are beautiful. Loved sitting outside on 7th floor deck watching the waves roll in and beautiful sunsets. Outdoor pool is heated and wonderful. All in all a great stay.

View from the balcony was amazing. The walk to beach was short and easy. There are multiple stores and shops within walking distance.

The room was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Fully stocked kitchen. There were beach towels and boogie boards available. Having a washer and dryer was nice. Room was super clean. King-size bed in the master bedroom was very comfortable. Had a good view of the bridge and bay from the bedroom at night. Great view of the beach from downstairs. Short walk to beach. Basically next-door to McDonald’s and Denny’s. Lots of gift shops within walking distance. Only issue was only one elevator in operation which caused pile ups in lobby.

My husband and I had a wonderful stay at this condo. We had originally planned a fun-filled Fourth of July getaway with friends, but just two weeks before our trip, our lives changed when our 3-year-old granddaughter was diagnosed with kidney cancer. We spent the previous two weeks at MD Anderson while she underwent radiation and chemotherapy treatments.We considered canceling our trip, but our children encouraged us to go. Looking back, we're so grateful we did. We spent most of our time soaking in the breathtaking views from the balcony, relaxing, and simply taking a moment to reset. The condo was beautiful, comfortable, and equipped with everything we needed. It provided the peace and comfort our hearts desperately needed during such a difficult season. The host was incredibly communicative, kind, and helpful throughout our stay, which made the experience even better. We truly couldn't have asked for a better place to recharge, and we're incredibly thankful for our stay.

SPI Beach Trip

We loved this condo!!! They have everything you need, beach chairs, toys, cooking items, great sleeping arrangements, and a fantastic view of the beach and the bay!!! We like the 7th floor, high enough for a view but not a long wait on the elevator!!! The location was great too, close to lots of wonderful restaurants and the IGA. We had a family pickle ball tournament on the property and made a lot of fun memories at the beach!!! The pool is great too, easy to hop in after a long day at the beach!!! We will definitely be back!!! Thank y’all!!!

Beautiful views

This was a great place to stay. There was an error in the listing as it stated king beds in both bedrooms when the second bedroom was double beds. Thankfully the rest of the place made up for that and the owners fixed the description. Would stay here again as long as we could have the master suite. We decided our friends should have that room. Beautiful condo and very nice complex. Owner was very responsive.

Beautiful condo!

This condo is very clean, nice linens, laundry machines provided(bring your own supplies if you intend to use them) balconies have such a wonderful view, and both side have access. There are activities daily if you are interested. Short walk to beach. The only comment we have was all the stools are running really slow and could use an update.

Beautiful Condo, with wonderful views!

Being able to sit out and watch the sunrise AND sunset was awesome. Being on the 7th floor made the views even better. The condo itself was well maintained, very clean and had everything we needed. The kitchen had so many extras, like plenty of dishwasher pods (vs the limit of 2, which we have had at some of our other stays at different condos). Plenty of beach chairs, toys and towels. Just a short walk to the beach. The location is so handy to restraunts, stores, etc. Highly recommend!

From start to finish, we are SO glad we booked this modern and lovely condo on South Padre! Great communicative owners, a spacious and light condo which had great views of the pool and ocean wirh a spacious patio, tgis exceeded our expectations. Decor was tasteful and comfortable, kitchen was stuck with everything a couple or family would need and there was a large 65 inch tv in living room plus large ones, and the bedrooms! my husband was ecstatic! beautiful wall of glass with a so you could see sun come up over the Gulf of America. For the money , an excellent deal! When we go back to South Padre, we want to rent it again!
