With a Master bedroom, two guest bedrooms and three full bathrooms, this unit can sleep up to six guests comfortably, has a luxury balcony that overlooks the bay and has a pool. Clearwater beach is a short walk across the street.

Master bedroom sits overlooking the bay with sliding door access to the luxury balcony, has a King sized bed, TV, ceiling fan and Master bathroom is spacious with a garden tub, shower, toilet room and double vanity sinks.

Guest bedroom #1 is inside the condo to the left and has a Queen sized bed, TV, ceiling fan. Guest bathroom #1 is a full bathroom with tub/shower combo.

Guest bedroom #2 is inside the condo to the right and has a Queen sized bed, TV, ceiling fan. Guest bathroom #2 is a full bathroom with large tiled walk in shower.

Kitchen is light and airy with light granite counter tops, dishwasher, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer with in the door water and ice. It is fully equipped for cooking meals, has a blender and a Keurig coffee pot. There are bar stools at the breakfast bar and looks into the dining area with seating for six and a comfy coastal living room with TV, ceiling fan and bay views along with sliding doors to the luxury balcony.

The outdoor balcony space has a four top bar table and resort style sectional couch to relax and enjoy Florida's wonderful weather and sights!

The immediate surrounding area has a lot to choose from within walking distance, such as different arrays of cuisines, retail shops, beach shops, gas station, putt putt, liquor store and an Island Market. There are also plenty of recreation and watersports rentals in the area such as: electric bikes, electric scooters, small electrical vehicles and boat rentals. The Clearwater Jolley Trolley is also a great option to get around the beach town.

With it's white sandy beaches and plenty of options for people of all ages, you will find something fun for all to enjoy.

Clearwater Beach is located approximately 20 miles from Tampa International Airport (TPA) and 25 miles from downtown Tampa. St. Pete-Clearwater International Airport (PIE) is also within close proximity to Clearwater Beach.
