Everything was amazing so many baby essentials including baby gates, a pack n play and high chair! Also had so much beach/pool gear! Was able to check in earlier which was nice so the baby could nap!! The host was so quick to respond and fix a problem we had during our stay even though it was later in the day! Super close walk to everything and the pictures don’t even do it justice!

The property was in a great location, and the check-in process was smooth and easy. However, for the price we paid, I expected the home to be much cleaner and better maintained.The pillows had noticeable yellow stains and appeared to be very old and dingy. They were so unappealing that I had to purchase pillows through Amazon and have them overnighted. The beds were also very uncomfortable. The beds in the two upstairs bedrooms were extremely hard, and when we lifted the sheets, we discovered stains on the mattresses. Additionally, the walls throughout the home looked a bit dingy, entrance door shades were broken and door stopper was taped with duct tape, which took away from the overall experience.The bedroom located in the garage was consistently too hot to sleep in comfortably, making it unsuitable for anyone to use.While the location and check-in experience were positives, the cleanliness, bedding quality, and comfort of the accommodations didn’t meet oir expectations for the price. With better attention to cleanliness, updated bedding, and improved temperature control, this property could offer a much better guest experience.

Great location with good views. Walking distance to shops, restaurants and the beach. Lori was very responsive with any questions that I had which was great. Enjoyed our stay and would stay here again.

We recently stayed here and truly enjoyed the location. It’s within walking distance to the beach, many restaurants, mini golf, etc. The view of the bay was also wonderful, and we liked how spacious the house was. The host was very quick to respond when outreached.Our only complaints would be the furniture needs some updating, and the downstairs bedroom off of the garage could be cooler and also have a dresser so you’re able to unpack your clothing. We would stay here again, and I would highly recommend the location of this beautiful condo.

Pool was warm, plenty of space, parking was very nice with room for 2/3 and street parking very available. Perfect spot. Only thing not available were the docs, but boys still fished! Host was excellent, super responsive and very accommodating.

The main reason we rented this townhome was because the listing said heated pool and hot tub. The pool was great but we were disappointed to find out that the hot tub was referring to the bathtub in the bathroom. Other than that, this property worked out well for us. The location is great, within walking distance to restaurants, beach and plenty of activities for kids. The townhome was clean and very comfortable. The pool was great and the children enjoyed the extra bedroom in the basement. The elevator was especially helpful for our luggage. We would stay here again!

The condo has a beautiful view overlooking the water, and we saw dolphins almost every morning! It is very spacious and fit the 6 of us well. Lori was always quick with her communication. The kitchen has a lot of pots, pans, and appliances. However, it could use more plates and silverware. The spices were handy. It does have a slow cooker, which was nice. The floatation and sand toys were a big hit with the kids and the adults appreciated the cooler on wheels and bag chairs for the beach.The bonus bedroom off the garage is spacious, however there is no bathroom down there. Overall, the condo worked well as it is in easy walking distance from everything. We even walked to Sand Key Park, which is a much quieter beach than Clearwater.

Great location

Perfect location, everything you need except a decent coffee maker. That was the only disadvantage but we got to enjoy the surrounding coffee shops!!

We had a wonderful experience.

The property was gorgeous with a beautiful lake view. Close to and in walking distance of the beaches, restaurants and shopping. We enjoyed our stay.
