100 piedi di spiaggia privata in una zona tranquilla ed esclusiva del quartiere. Svegliati con albe spettacolari. Guarda verso Power Island (una volta di proprietà di Henry Ford). Di notte, guarda oltre l'acqua per vedere le luci di Traverse City in lontananza.

Questo cottage completamente arredato e rinnovato di recente con grandi finestre per le vostre viste panoramiche senza ostacoli. A soli 50 piedi dall'acqua (10 gradini in basso). Ogni camera ha una vista sull'acqua. La cucina è aperta sul soggiorno che offre anche viste eccezionali.

Il cottage è immacolato. I nostri sondaggi sui feedback dei clienti degli affittuari del 2017 hanno valutato "pulizia" come "eccezionale" dal 100% dei nostri affittuari, "posizione" come eccezionale dal 90% dei nostri affittuari. everything about the property in the Listing was accurate. The view was absolutely fantastic, property was clean,and the only thing that was not right about it was the fact that we were only staying a week, and not longer. One of the best VRBOs we have been to!

The hosts were excellent and ensured we had everything we needed. The property is everything it said it would. We loved our stay. Being on the water was so relaxing with spectacular sunrises. The location was ideal to get to where we needed to be. Would stay again in a heartbeat. Only wish we could have been there a few weeks later to see the leaves change!

The good: The view! Nothing beats the lake right outside your door. Open the sliders and listen to the waves. Make sure to get up early and enjoy the sunrise. The house is clean and centrally located between Traverse City and Sutton's Bay. Fully stocked kitchen with utensils and dishes. There is ample closet and storage space.The Bad: Privacy is a concern. It's a guesthouse so the main house is extremely close as are the neighbors on the other side. We had a neighbor walk right up on the deck and start asking questions about something he was looking for while we were inside with the screen doors shut. Several of the windows do not have treatments (curtains or blinds). And speaking of the windows, some were stuck and we could not open them which is disappointing as we wanted to hear more of the waves. The lighting is very dim. The shower squeals! Be prepared for that. The garage has a musty smell but the rest of the house does not. The dryer didn't get our towels dry and looking at the state of the vent when we pulled out the lint trap, I can see why. It's honestly a fire hazard.All and all, it's a good place to stay but didn't meet our expectations.

We take pride in preparing the guesthouse so guests have what they need, and I’m sorry your stay did not fully meet your expectations. The neighbor who approached the deck was looking for his expensive dock pieces lost in the waves. We look out for one another along the water, but I’m sorry his unexpected visit interrupted your privacy. We have since checked every window and confirmed that all open once unlocked. The two small windows around the corner from the lake-facing sliding glass doors do not have shades; we appreciate knowing you would have preferred them and will consider adding them. We found that the shower squeal was coming from the shower head and are replacing it immediately. We inspected the dryer vents and found no issue. We also checked the garage after your stay and did not notice an odor, though we understand you noticed one during your visit. Thank you for sharing your feedback.

We had a great time at this beautiful place. The view is unbeatable! We enjoyed lots of relaxing on the deck with the waves lapping and the skies constantly changing. We had everything we needed and were close to any places we wanted to explore. We will be back!

Beautiful home with a magnificent view. Close to both Suttons Bay and Traverse City attractions including outdoor activities. All amenities needed were provided. Excellent communications with owners. Very relaxing place. Next to owner's home.

Lovely place and location.

The cottage was nicely furnished, very clean, and comfortable. The view from the living room of the lake is lovely. It is just a short drive into Sutton Bay's, which is a charming little town. I would certainly stay here again.

Amazing stay. Amazing place

Vacation rentals allow for an experience from time to time and this place certainly fit the bill. We probably spent more time just lounging around the property and enjoying the AMAZING views than any stay in recent memory. We’ll be back for sure!

Enjoyed our stay. Property was neat and well furnished. Nice location with lovely lake views. Very relaxing which was just what we were looking for. Duane was an excellent host and the only thing that could have been better was the weather. Oh well, can't have everything. On our list for revisit.

Truly a Great Lake House on a beautiful property. Accommodations were excellent and perfectly described in the listing. Location and owner’s hospitality were the best we have experienced in Traverse City. Easily a 5 star experience!

Perfection!

This was the perfect location to explore the Leelanau peninsula and surrounding areas. And the house itself was the perfect place to relax and unwind in front of picture-perfect views of the Grand Tranverse Bay. We definitely hope to return!

Perfect Guesthouse!

My husband and I could NOT have enjoyed our stay more! Duane and Vicki were amazing hosts and the location and amenities were spectacular! It was exactly the view we were hoping for and so much more! The deck was perfect for relaxing and the cottage had everything we needed to be comfortable and relaxed. Can’t wait to go back.

It’s all about the views!

Amazing views! Morning sun, with glorious sunrises over the West Bay. Comfortable, clean, great location. Bring your own towels and sheets required. May not be suitable to those with sensitive respiratory issues, musty odor noticeable, especially when windows are closed.
