Towards the front bedroom 3 with queen bed, TV, dresser and closet and bedroom 4 furnished with 2 twin beds and dresser, both share bathroom 3 with sink, shower and toilet.
The Master Suite 2 on the 2nd floor can be accessed with the spiral staircase. The spacious Master 2 Bedroom has a king-size bed, dresser, TV and a large Master Bath with double sinks, toilet, and shower. Furthermore, AQUA VISTA offers a laundry with sink, washer and dryer, a 2-car garage and tile floors throughout the home.

AQUA VISTA’ s wide patio area features a lounge sectional and a dining table that seats 8. Savor outdoor dining and prepare meals on the barbeque grill. The sun deck offers plenty of space for the sun loungers and direct views to the water to discover manatees or dolphins that swim by. The whole pool area is screened in.

Sit on the dock of the bay, watch the boats pass by. Or if you are up for an adventure rent a boat through Aloha and get it delivered to your private boat lift in your backyard, then set off to explore the white sandy beaches and islands full of seashells.
Explore the nearby area by foot or bike, there is much to see: Victor Park Boardway through the Mangroves, Rotary Park, Glover Bight Trail, Tarpon Point with its restaurants along the marina, life music.
