Was 40 min from Fort Meyers beach. Yacht club beach is close and open to public-nice and clean /but not for activities. Love the home & amenities. Fully supplied!! Comfy cozy! If you want more activities & touristy stuff this is not a close location but highly recommend for quality & comfort.

Incredible house and location!

We had a wonderful stay in Cape Coral in this beautiful home. The home was well stocked and very clean! The pool and view was incredible. My kids and I thoroughly enjoyed the walk to Cape Harbour to shop. We highly recommend the Oyster Bar for dinner! We rented a boat and the distance to the gulf was very minimal. We will most definitely be back! The hosts were very responsive.

Great location for boaters

We loved the location of this large house, it had a few quirks with the exterior lighting but the host sent us a bunch of floating pool lamps and table lamps to compensate. Its a little dated but worked out fine for our family of 4. The house was very clean.

Birthday celebration in Cape Coral

The house was amazing . Every amenity possible. Separate lounging areas with tvs. The pool was perfect. We didn’t have enough time to enjoy the house because we had family celebrations to attend. So we will definitely want to return. Thank you

Great location - great place!

This house was exactly as listed. Wonderfully stocked kitchen along with everything else anyone would need for a couple week's stay. Great location close to harbor shops. Good fishing off the dock! Quiet neighborhood even though across the street from the shops and restaurants. Pool was cool and refreshing - hot tub was hot and refreshing. Andrea was a pleasure to work with and addressed any issues immediately. Will definitely be back.

Grest location and great house

Exactly like shown in the pictures and write up. House was in a quiet neighborhood and at the same time, close to stores and beaches. Property manager always answered my messages in minutes. The pool at the rental home was the warmest pool I ever got at any rental. I loved the house, and i already inquired about another stat at the same house. You cant go wrong with this house.

Great location, fantastic pool and hot tub

We really enjoyed this property. The pool was warm and the hot tub heated up quickly when needed. Restaurants and a few shops immediately across the street that we walked to daily. Highly recommend the dockside juice bar! Overall the property was clean and comfortable, but one of the upstairs bedrooms appeared to have a broken screen and the window wasn't fully closed but was tied shut with an extension cord. I managed to get the window latched with a little work. Also, we only used one of the upstairs bedrooms, but the bedding appeared to be unwashed from previous use, as there was a lot of dark hair on the pillow and in the bedding itself, which was a little unsettling.
