Great condo for small family. Easy access to pool and beach. However the beach is in the cove and if you want big waves bigger part you will need to drive to north beach access point that’s a few miles down the road.

If you’re looking for a nice peaceful getaway this place is for you! It was very calm and peaceful and very convenient access to the pool and beach. Would definitely come back here again if we plan to come to this area.

Owners were super responsive. Place was exactly as described and near all sorts of cute shops and restaurants. We were steps away from the pool and beach. It was such a lovely time and exactly what we needed.

There was ease parking here and entering the condo. There's a short walk to the beach from the pool area. We felt very safe there and slept great. THANKS for the stay!

Nice little condo close to the beach on the bay. Tybee is a wonderful little Island with lots to do and experience. It's a little expensive, but a great place to visit!

The house, area and communication was terrific. I would absolutely stay here again or would be happy to stay at another one of the properties. The only minor gripe is the shower head needs replacing and the pool is not near the house. I hadn't realized this at first, but the communication from the property manager was clear on this

Family time on Tybee Island

Easy beach access, great pool, clean rooms and property, and walking distance to the lighthouse. Our stay was fun and relaxing and we would stay here again.

A beach view would have been nice, but beach access was close to the building and swimming pool. Parking was convenient. Local shops and restaurants were in walking distance. The rental was neat and clean.

Spring Break

Great location! Pool and beach within steps. North beach is more low key and relaxing. Shops and restaurants within 5 min drive to South beach.

I am not hard to please but this condo was over all the most ghetto place we’ve ever stayed. I’m not even bothered by the over all dated look of the place or the fact that it could’ve been cleaner. Also the shower sounded as if it would fall through the floor and we are average sized people. The fact that the owners waited four hours to answer me when I sent messages to all contacts listed that the door was unlocked and would not lock was a problem. We took it upon ourselves to buy new batteries and switched them out hoping that would fix the issue. It did briefly and stopped working once again. I reached out to the owner once again. Their solution was to send someone out to change the batteries again instead of just leaving a key to the door. It again worked briefly and stopped working again. Again I reached out. All responses were augmentative and excuses . Every time we left the condo in our three day stay it was unlocked for anyone to just walk in. Please look elsewhere to rent if you believe as we do and a locked door should be just expected and not an an amenity. It did how ever have an excellent air conditioning system.

We’re sorry the guest had a disappointing experience. However, we would like to clarify that the lock has been in use since 2021, and we have consistently maintained the property and received 5-star reviews, including for cleanliness and communication. During this stay, the guest changed the batteries themselves, which affected the lock settings. We immediately sent someone to inspect the lock, and it was functioning when checked. We understand the concern about the door, but we did make prompt efforts to address the issue. We feel the review is unfairly critical of multiple aspects of the property that had not been concerns in our many previous stay . Guest was very rude and kept threatening us on will leave a bad review If you want, I can also make this more strongly worded and suitable for Airbnb/VRBO public review response, while keeping it under a specific character limit.

Nice getaway

We really enjoyed this place. It was exactly as described. The location is wonderful and less crowded that the south side of the island. We contacted the host several times and they were always very responsive. We would definitely stay here again.

The condo was small but nice. The beds were comfortable. Price was reasonable. It was nice that you could walk right out to the beach. Pool was very nice and went to 9ft. We were able to see dolphins and shrimp boats when taking a walk on the beach. The weather was raining and cold but we were able to enjoy time playing tennis as the owners provided tennis rackets and balls. The only cons was that it was on the north beach so we were a bit away from south beach where all the shopping/activities were, the oven was not working, and there was no grill.
