Just seconds to the beach, this Premier Host owner's condominium properties at Sea Vista are consistently ranked by VRBO’s Ranking Metrics as among the island’s Top 10% most desirable units. You'll find all the amenities including ample space for 8 guests featuring a living/dining area, fully appointed kitchen with walk-in pantry, master bedroom and bath and two quiet bedrooms sharing a full bath. The master bedroom and living areas feature a walk-out porch with Adirondack chairs for some beach side relaxation. This unit is particularly unique because of its proximity to the board walk leading to the beach and its floor-to-ceiling windows which present you a constant and magnificent view of the dunes and beach shore line. At sunrise you’ll surely enjoy dune flowers as they emerge with each sunrise. The unit is fully digital with wireless internet and internet enabled digital entertainment center. A laundry room has a large load washer/dryer and beach toys are available in the owner's storage unit. Fabulous beds and linens will ensure you enjoy the most restful sleep possible. A quiet and beautiful pool and tennis courts are available for you use -- just steps away from your unit. Spent 3 days here with two families (4 adults, 4 kids under 5), and it was great for this size. Clean, had everything we needed, close to the beach and great views. Easy communication with the host, and would not hesitate to stay here again.

What a beautiful view! Accommodations were exactly as advertised! Our only complaint for the whole stay was that we wished the hot water in the showers was hotter.

The condo was very clean and comfortable. Our family enjoyed staying in it and felt at home. All the amenities worked well And the pools in the complex were very nice. The access to the beach was very close and easy. Thank you for a wonderful place and stay!

This condo is absolutely perfect!!! Beautiful beach front views, decor, & grounds. The beach theme decorations and colors throughout the condo were just perfect! The grounds are kept clean and is a gated area. The hosts thought of everything that you might need while you are on vacation and have it there for you to use. The kitchen had everything you needed!!!! That was so nice to have access to all the appliances & serving pieces! The beds and pillows were very comfortable, towels were nice and there are fans in all the bedrooms. There is a washer & dryer & they even provided beach towels. They even had card games available to play. The balcony had very nice table and chairs to enjoy the beach views! Our stay was absolutely perfect! Beautiful condo!!!!

Absolutely perfect! We loved our stay, had everything we needed. Walked out to sit on the beach every day. Condo is beautifully decorated! So many close restaurants and lots of shopping. Would definitely stay here again.

My entire family had an excellent time during our Christmas week stay. The weather was 75-80 degrees all week and the gulf was warm enough for swimming. The condo was perfect for our stay. It is a perfect location and the owner the property and owners have provided all the amenities for an enjoyable stay. The owners are very responsive to all questions and any issues that may arise. Thank you Ed & Betty sharing this condo with us.

We loved our stay at this condo! The beds were comfortable and clean, the kitchen had everything we needed, and the hosts were extremely quick and helpful with any little thing we needed assistance with!

This property is among a select few condominiums closest to the beach. The property is one of the most admired on the island and has an excellent history of offering private owners and their guests a first-class accommodation.

This 3 bedroom, 2 bath condominium is fully equipped and its location is especially unique. It sits next to a one mile expanse of undeveloped shoreline at the southern most tip of the island. It's private beach offers a respite away from the crowds while the building adjoins the Padre Island National Seashore.
