Stunning Ocean View at Kapalua Bay Villas

Kapalua translates to "arms embracing the sea" in Hawaiian. Enjoy one of the most special places on Maui at this 1-bedroom 1-bath Kapalua Bay Villa. Enjoy expansive views & the fresh island breeze from this second level unit with large bay windows & two patios. At the tranquil Kapalua Bay you'll find a sandy beach with incredible snorkeling. Just steps away is the spectacular Oneloa Beach. Many other incredible beaches, sites, activities & restaurants are all within walking distance.

The large living room features a sectional with a comfortable queen sleeper, coffee table, two recliners, a newly built-in entertainment center with plenty of storage, premium sound system, a large HD flat panel TV with cable and high-speed wireless internet. The living room is spacious enough to additionally accommodate one twin inflatable mattress if needed.

The primary bedroom is a peaceful luxurious retreat with a California King bed with a Tempurpedic Liberty mattress, a solid wood/ratan bedroom set, and a private patio on the side. The newly remodeled bathroom has a double-vanity, a large walk-in shower, and a primary closet.

A full kitchen that has clean, modern appliances.
Washer and dryer in the unit.
Central AC.

The condo is stocked with everything you need for a great vacation, including lots of storage space, a cooler, two beach chairs, and beach towels.

Kapalua Bay Villas is an upscale gated community surrounded by hiking trails, a stroll away from Kapalua Bay Beach and the Montage Resort. One of the 3 property swimming pools and BBQ areas is steps away from the condo. Kapalua area in West Maui offers championship golf courses, fine dining, walking and hiking paths, shopping, tennis, fitness center and spa (located at the Montage Resort and the Ritz Carlton Resort), nearby zip-lining, and several bays and beaches great for snorkeling, surfing, exploring and relaxation.

Beautiful property, we would stay at again! Worked out well for my family of four, two kids sleeping in living room on pullout couch and parents in the bedroom. Living room and balcony have unbeatable views of the ocean with LOTS of windows! Overall, property was very quiet, may have been the time of year, but it was great. Kitchen had everything we needed, there are three pools and the beach you can walk to easily. AC was appreciated and parking was easy for us. Mahalo Mike!I would stay here again.

This villa had everything we needed for an enjoyable stay on Maui. We especially liked its fine view of the ocean and the island of Molokai from the balcony and from comfortable chairs and large windows in the living room.. One advantage it has over many other units in this development is that it has no stairs. Everything is on the same level. We would certainly stay here again.

We had the most amazing time at this property. It exceeded all of our expectations and has one of the most incredible views you could imagine. So smart to have the recliners facing out to enjoy the vistas! This villa has all the comforts of home and the convenience of trails and beach access that aren’t overcrowded. The owner was easy to work with and made sure we had all the information we needed. We felt taken care of and confident in our chosen of rental. Highly recommend and we plan to come back again!

Beautiful property with great views of the ocean! Many wonderful places to walk to, including Coastal Trail, beaches and restaurants. Villa was clean and had all the amenities needed. Easy check-in and host was very accommodating. If you are a golfer, the Plantation course in Kapalua was as beautiful as they come.

The view from the Lanai is breathtaking and the walkability to multiple beautiful beaches is great. The unit is exactly as presented in the photos and the owners are great to work with. We’ll be back!

A spacious one bedroom floor plan with fully equipped kitchen. Furnishings, including primary bedroom are comfortable. Exceptional views of Oneloa Bay and Molokai. Walk three minutes to a well maintained pool area with BBQ grills. Host is gracious and responsive for any questions.

Beautiful ocean view! Loved how the Hawaiian theme decorated throughout the property. Have stayed in Kapula several times and my husband and I liked this property best! Great location and lots of scenic walking paths. Easy walk to beach. The condo was well equipped with kitchen tools for cooking. Very peaceful and relaxing. Would definitely would book again in the near future!

Great views! We saw rainbows over the ocean every day. We loved being able to open up windows on both sides of the condo for a nice breeze. The place was clean and the bathroom was really nice. Very short walk to the beach and the complex was easy to get in and out of.

The villa was exactly as described. Stunning ocean views. We were visiting for a wedding at the Montage, this property was close enough to walk to Montage property. Easy walk to the ocean. Owner was responsive to questions, would definitely recommend this villa!

Don has lived on the island of Maui since 1985. He started his helicopter business - Windward Aviation - on Maui in 1990 and continues to run the company. He considers Hawaii one of the most beautiful places on the planet. He calls Kapalua home and one of his favorite beaches in the world is Oneloa, which is viewable from the villa and only a short walk away. On his days off he swims from the beginning of Oneloa beach all the way to the lava rocks and back. After that he goes surfing or wing foiling. Maui No Ka Oi!
