This beautiful 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom condo is newly renovated and is located at the exclusive gated oceanfront community known as Kapalua Bay Villas. The property has it all -- incredible ocean views, brand new furnishings, two sparkling pools, tennis courts and beach front access! The villa is walking distance to Kapalua Bay and Oneloa Bay. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook a gourmet meal. The master bedroom features a luxurious king bed and there is a queen sofa bed in the living room. The villa also includes a washer and dryer, free wi-fi and parking.

NO SMOKING IN CONDO OR LANAIS. The state of Hawaii has a strict no smoking ordinance. Smoking allowed only in designated areas. Fines and extra cleaning are enforced.

Fantastic Views

This property is wonderful. The view is beautiful and you can hear the ocean crashing near by. The linens and furnishings were very nice. I would highly recommend. The only thing is that when they say 10:00 check out, they mean it. We had a cleaning person knocking on our door at 10 sharp. It would be nice to have an 11 or 12:00 check out. But that’s the only thing I would change. Fantastic unit!!

Our recent stay was fantastic. We’ve stayed here previously and keep getting drawn back. Seeing the whales from our balcony was extra special.
