Great location and owner

Perfect location for beach, hiking, restaurants, grocery shopping and every other reason to stay near the coast. Very quiet neighborhood. The townhome worked really well for two or six. The owner is very accommodating. It is a great value.

Most beautiful home ever stayed

The location is superb! It is in a golf course community, so step out the living room, you are right on the golf course! The view is fantastic. The host is very responsive and helpful. We will definitely stay at same place when we visit area again!

Solana beach Condo

Our stay was just perfect. The location was really convenient to everything we like to do. 5 minutes to the Solana Beach to see the sunsets was our favorite. With the I5 interstate entrance so close it's easy to get anywhere in a short amount of time. We had one very minor issue with the water filter in the Fridge and J fixed it immediately. He was extremely responsive and fast with a solution. The condo was very clean and the kitchen was a dream to cook in. The location is very quiet considering the proximity to the I5 highway. If you're a golfer, which we are not, the course right outside the back door would be a real plus. We are looking forward to our next stay at J's condo

Quiet, relaxing and near the beach

This spacious condo is located in a nice quiet complex with pool and hot tub. We especially enjoyed soaking in large hot tub. Great location for golfing, visiting nearby beaches and shopping at Cedros Design Center. Plus, you are less than 30 minute drive from downtown San Diego and 15 minute drive to Legoland. We loved the large windows that offered plenty of natural light plus a wonderful view of golf course. The kitchen was very well equipped with high end appliances, flatware, dishes, pots/pans and utensils. Everything you needed to feel at home. There is also an outdoor patio furnished with BBQ grill and patio furniture. Plus, having a 2 car garage with a full size washer and dryer was a huge bonus. We loved our stay and think you will too.

Cozy Solana Beach Condo

This was a great condo. The golf course is beautiful and the space it’s perfect for a small family. Property manager was also fantastic and responded quickly with any questions I had. We had a great time staying here.

Tip of the top

This was above any expectations we had. The location couldn’t be any better anywhere. Right off the Interstate, close to grocery store, everything you would need or want. Beach a mile away. Easy to reach. Coaster train great availability for visiting other areas close by. Jiaye our host was available if We needed anything. Watching the golfers was a bonus. Can’t say enough about how good. Bedrooms upstairs and the unit a little older than brand new. Great neighborhood. Thanks for wonderful memories built.

A Great Stay!

We had a great stay at this condo. The host was very accommodating and responded quickly to our needs/requests. Check-in instructions were detailed and effortless. The condo is spacious, quiet, clean, comfortable - and right on the beautiful golf course – with a great patio. Kitchen is well-equipped. The Master bed was extremely comfortable, and we had a lovely hot shower equipped with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Easy access to I-5, grocery stores, Starbucks, Cedros shopping - and the ocean! We feel fortunate to have found this condo and would highly recommend.
