Beautiful clean, cozy condo in a fabulous location!! Just a short walk to the Harbor front, ferries and downtown shops! Close to lots of spectacular beaches and restaurants as well! This is my fourth time staying at this condo. The host is wonderful and very responsive!! I highly recommend staying here, you will not be disappointed. Janis’s condo was so lovely!! It was clean, spacious, and decorated like a cozy beach home. She had everything we could need (pots, pans, hand soap, linens). Her communication was excellent. Cannot wait to stay again.

Janis was a fantastic host! The location was great for walking to the port to get on ferries to Martha's Vineyard and Nantucket. Close walking to downtown for shopping and restaurants. It was nice to have the bath and 1/2 so both of us had facilities to use at the same time. I would definitely stay there again if we ever do go back to visit the Cape. Great proximity to other towns and beaches. The included beach pass was a real money saver!! Don't hesitate to book with Janis if the occasion arises!

My wife and I stayed here for our honeymoon recently and this condo is the perfect place for a quick getaway to the Cape. For the price point, it is a fantastic place to take a couple or a small family with a short drive to many beaches in the area. The Hyannis area has an adorable downtown section with plenty of fine dining, shopping, and dessert options. We found an Italian place that specialized in gluten-free options for my wife. The condo itself was clean upon arrival with plenty of linens. The air conditioner worked great all week and there was plenty of hot water. The place was a little difficult to find but once you find it you can find it more easily. We frequented the cookie shop next door all week as well - you can smell them from the parking lot.A couple of things I want to make note of for future guests: There is no washer or dryer. I overlooked this one booking and so we had to find a laundromat. Not a big deal at all, but something I wish I would have paid more attention to. There are some items in the kitchen for use, but I would recommend bringing your own tools, especially if you foresee using anything less conventional. There is a Trader Joe's and a Target about 10 minutes from the condo for easy grocery shopping. We really enjoyed our stay, and would happily recommend this spot to anyone.

The stay was great you feel welcome as soon as you enter very clean and tidy with plenty of supplies for the week. The condo is downtown and yet it is still very quiet. Definitely will be staying there again.

Jan went out of her way to make our stay as comfortable as possible and provided many suggestions on how we could spend our time well. Also included old Beach chairs, etc. Excellent location.

We enjoyed our stay very much! Location was great for all our activities! It’s comfortable and feels like home. Janis was super friendly and answered all questions and provides lots of good info! Recommend staying here

Great location

The unit was just as expected by the description. It had everything that we needed and was comfortable for our family of 4. The location is so convenient for walking to shops and restaurants, while at the same time noise was not an issue.

Ideal location for everything in Hyanus. We walked to everything. Port, shops, restaurants, the train is across the street. Very clean and comfortable. Had everything we needed for a beautiful Cape cod vacation!

Great location

This great location saved our week on the Cape. The weather was cold and wet but the house was comfortable and well equipped. Walkable to all the sites and shopping in Hyannis.

Awesome location and Owner is a Gem

The property was clean, adequate space and numerous amenities for beach. Nicely decorated in Cape Cod theme and more than enough supplies to assist with everyday living. Would rent again and again!!

Sister's vacation

Excellent location, good wifi, beach pass, comfortable beds, quiet neighborhood, walking distance to so many shops, restaurants, Hyannis ferry, JFK, etc. Kayak cookies next door smelled delicious. Easy parking too.

Excellent property in great location

The property was everything that we hoped for. Clean and comfortable with all the appliances we needed. The beach pass is a bonus. Location ideal for walking to the shops and restaurants on Main Street, and for visiting other parts of Cape Cod.
