Perfect location at Pawleys!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our 2nd vacation at Sunburst. The views are simply outstanding from both sides of house! Management company was very responsive to minor issues. The worn sofa needs be replaced, as do a couple of the original appliances. We hope to return.

I have rented from vrbo many times and never have written a review. This time is an exception because we could not have had a better experience. The house was clean,well maintained, had a well equiped kitchen and the location was SUPERB. Quiet area with spectacular views---front and back, yet 5 minutes from supremarket etc and 12 minutes from great golf courses. We wnet with twelve guys for a golf weekend and it could not have worked out better. Kudos to the landlord and Tidewatch for their great communication as well. Highly recommend for golf crew or big family gatherings. I travel a lot and his was certainly one of the best.Enjoy!Jim

Greatest weekend getaway

Took our families for a long weekend to pawleys and loved this house! We will be back on future vacations.

Beautiful property and just as pictures

This was truly an incredible beach house. The pictures do not do this place justice. Easy to get to and directly on the beach. Wonderful views and extremely relaxing. We will certainly be back.

Very nice home

Newer home and well kept - nice furnishing and a well equipped kitchen that had everything— wasn’t able to work the fireplace but really didn’t need it most days we were there !! Lovely Home !

Wonderful family christmas

We biked,walked the beach, sang Christmas carols off the front porch to passersby and witnessed a wedding st the church across the street. We loved the smoker/grill and just had a marvelous Christmas

Paradise!!

We have traveled to many places around the world. This location is breathtaking. The views from every window were spectacular. Whether you were in the rear of the house and experiencing the energy of the ocean or in the front of the house watching the sunset over the tranquil marsh, there was constant beauty that embraced you. Loved the inside of the house as well.

Thank you for your review. Sunburst is a beautiful oceanfront house with modern amenities and coastal charm. It has an impressive kitchen, two spacious living areas adorned with tasteful coastal décor, and 6 spacious bedrooms. The 2 outdoor porches are perfect for taking in the views of the Pawleys Island coastline and listening to the waves crash. It is directly across the street from Pawleys Island Chapel and has a great creek dock. We are happy we could quickly address your minor appliance and upkeep issues. Sunburst is perfect!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We rented three properties through TideLife Realty for my daughter’s wedding weekend and each one was perfect! Sunburst was home base for some of our family members, including my 95 year old mother...so the elevator was a necessity & very easy to operate. The view and location are amazing...especially from the upstairs sitting area. There’s plenty of parking at the Sunburst house, and being across the street from the Pawleys Island Chapel definitely gives a serene sensation.
