The apartment is blocks from the MenunovConvention Center, Less than a mile to the Seaport, Blocks from Broadway Station and less than a mile to South Station. There are many restaurants & bars close by. This area has everything! See the updated pictures with the updated redesign.

We had a wonderful stay at this Boston apartment! It was very clean, modern, and comfortable, with everything we needed for a great visit. The location was excellent—close to plenty of restaurants, shops, and even a cute park behind the property It was easy to get around and enjoy the city. We would definitely stay here again!

Absolutely enjoyed my stay here. Within walking distance to the convention center, a cute little food market and a really delicious pizza place is just two doors down. Will absolutely be booking this stay again! Plus, there is a park directly behind the home!

This place is beautiful! We loved the location too. There is a Burger King a block away, as well as a grocery store, bakery and restaurants down the next block. We highly recommend it.

This was a wonderful place to stay in Seaport. It was very clean when we arrived; everything matched the description, and the owner, Tom, responded quickly to my questions throughout my stay and was very accommodating. I would highly recommend staying here if you are traveling to Boston!

No dedicated parking available. It's all street parking. We had a car on arrival day and it to a while to find a spot.

The apartment was on the ground floor and quite spacious. The kitchen was well appointed including a large fridge freezer with ice maker; a coffee machine, stove-top kettle and toaster. Air con and TVs in each room made it extra comfortable

This guest was great! I gave them a five-star review, 10 out of 10. Apparently the VRBO algorithm didn't work this time and gave them a one star. This is a mistake and I'm trying to correct it. Great property for spending a couple of days in Boston with 3 other people. Very clean. Location not bad especially if you are going to the convention center! I would have liked a little more clear check in and check out instructions, or maybe just have everything listed in one place. Over all a great place!

This property is in a great location. The neighborhood is quiet. It’s within walking distance to several restaurants. It was very clean, the beds were comfortable, and I appreciated the amenities like coffee, shampoo, and body wash. Tom was patient and quickly to reply to my inquiries. I highly recommend it especially if you’re attending an event at the nearby convention center. It was only about 7-13 to take an Uber to tourist destinations like the Fine Art Museum and aquarium. It was also a quick ride to the airport.

Awesome apartment near the convention center and walkable distance to subway so you can get anywhere on foot. Host is super responsive if you need anything. Apartment was clean and super spacious.
