My family and I throughly enjoyed this home and all it's amenities! It's in the perfect location and there was plenty of room for our brood. We especially liked that it was pet friendly so our 4-legged friends could also enjoy. It was very clean, comfortable and peaceful. We will definitely be back!

Perfect location and amenities for a week away. The house was cozy, but plenty big enough for our family. A walk to the pool and tennis courts, and a very short drive to the lake and mountains, made this a perfect vacation spot!

The proximity to the pool was awesome, and beach was a short drive away. Possibly to walk to it but the hills were steep which made pushing a stroller difficult. Otherwise had an amazing time in Bridgton at this house.

Amazing! The home had everything you needed and everything you wanted. It was very dog friendly, kid friendly and adult friendly! The beds were comfy and access to the pool and lake were so great! There was ample room, much more than we anticipated. Thank you!

Great family stay

Family of 7 stayed for the weekend and this home was perfect. Dog friendly and 10 miles from Fryeburg fair. It was rainy, but the available games kept everyone busy when we werent at the fair. The beds were all comfy and the kitchen was well stocked. We will be back.

Leaf Peeping!

Lovely stay on Columbus Day weekend surrounded by beautiful foliage without the crowds. Description was accurate, and basement had no funny smell, as another reviewer claimed. Host was very responsive and notified me about the power outage before I had a chance to tell her. Power came on in a moderate amount of time--it was windy.

3 nights in Maine

Main floor has it all! 3 bedrooms and a nice clean bathroom with walk in large shower. 2 separate living areas, a lovely fully furnished kitchen with stainless modern appliances and a center island. And best of all, both a screened porch and a big deck if you are there in the summer. The lower level has another sitting area with a television and bath. But older folk beware. The inside stairs going to main floor from there are very steep. We had terrible weather while we were there and enjoyed every minute in this cozy friendly home!!

A lot has changed for this property since it was first listed on VRBO. There was a strong moldy smell throughout the house that was only being managed minimally by a humidifier in the basement/walkout level. The AC units had changed from the listing pictures, rendering only one of the three bedrooms usable (the other had no AC and the third had a fan that was covered in dust). We also had an electrical short when we ran the dryer. Additionally, some of the furniture was also broken. Due to the heavy smell of mold and the electrical short, we left the house the morning after we arrived.

It was Not a humidifier, it was a DE humidifier. There is No smell in the house. 1 chair had a broken armrest. The ac units equal 20,00pbtus..sufficient for the entire house. The house was spotless when they arruved. The sryer was working fine when I was there 3 days before. They never addressed any issues with me because there weren't any. I would have been there to remedy anything. I have had wonderful reviews and suggest they just changes their plans and thought they couldlie about it all. Do not rent to them.

Wonderfully relaxing!

We had a wonderfully relaxing week at this fully-equipped property! It had everything we needed, and being able to walk to the pool was the icing on the cake for the kids. Needed to drive to the beach but it only took about 5 minutes, was never crowded, and we made lots of new friends there! Air conditioner in the living room and in one of the bedroom windows was plenty to cool the entire space. Beds were super comfortable and we had plenty of extra blankets and pillows. The kids loved the games and puzzles, especially cornhole and ladder ball we found on the porch. Air fryer and crock pot were kitchen bonuses, which was fully equipped with everything anyone could possibly need. Plastic plates and cups for the kids were great. We loved cooking on the grill, and using the fire pit outside for s’mores. Many homey touches throughout. Quiet, private home we will definitely be renting again!

Needs help

For future renters. Beds are very low hard for older people to get out of, rugs are very slippery a rubber mat under them would have been better, we found the camp was not cleaned well I spent 2 hours cleaning the bathroom and kitchen, living room and one bedroom has a air conditioner, vacuum cleaners were dirty and one smelled of wit dog and vomit. Wi-Fi was good the 3 tv were fine, kitchen had everything you needed just not clean, the kayaks were fun to use. Was hopping to get the cleaning fee refunded. I guess not she blamed it on the renter befor us must have really dirty. NO Excuse

The beds are low but orthopedic and do not require another layer for comfort. I checked the kitchen cabinets which she said were greasy. The humidity adds to that feel. The air conditioning is 24,000 btu,sufficient for 1600 sq ft. Some people just like to complain so I suggest future vrbo owners be wary of renters who will never be satisfied.

Needs some maintenance and cleaning

It is a nice house, with potential to be a wonderful place to stay. The 1st floor is the basement & garage that was finished with a TV room and bathroom. The bathroom on this floor was much cleaner and no plumbing issues. The the smell is very musty, but the owner did say they recently had water damage, so maybe that is a new issue. The kitchen would benefit from a deep cleaning and repair to the sink, example split sink has a broken garbage disposal on the right that backs up with water and stuff floats up from the drain when using the left side. Over that back up is a rusty dish rack that has and working side had a broken dirty the catch/plug. The 2nd floor bathroom had soap residue and hair still in it, there were cleaning supplies i used to resolve the issue I was just surprised it was needed. The shower faucet is also in need of repair. The 2nd floor didn’t smell as bad as the basement, but did not have a clean / pleasant smell. The beds have comfortable mattresses but they are oddly low, below knee high, so can be a challange getting in and out if you have any mobility challanges. Also there is a horrible smell in the closet of the master bedroom. The AC is 2 portable ACs 1 in a bedroom and 1 in living room. Ineffective durring a hot summer week. Lesson learned for me to ask more about AC details for future rentals because technically it was there but not what I expected at all. My error, not on the owners, but be aware if you book AC cooling poor.
