Why cram into a hotel room when you can have a spacious, 2-bedroom condo overlooking the Caribbean? Enjoy the wonderful views and breezes from one of the few highly sought-after 2 bedroom, 2 bath condos at our resort. Relax on one of 4 beaches, including our private beach at the end of the nature trail in the 15-acre island preserve. Three intimate pools and sun decks are nestled among the lush hillside, hidden high above the horizon. You'll enjoy "fun" dining at our 2 new restaurants. Sun and Sea (on the water), where you can literally dip your toes in the Caribbean! Oceans 180 which is more of a fine dining experience just a short distance with excellent views.
Some of the best snorkeling on the island is right outside your door! Scuba, jet ski, swim, or just take in the views from one of the prettiest spots on St. Thomas. While St. Thomas is the most convenient and commercial of the US Virgin Islands, our resort is nestled on the eastern side of island (near Red Hook), makes you feel like you're isolated in a tropical jungle paradise. A private beach, nature trails, wild life, immaculate landscaping, and most importantly, the best views and the bluest water on the island of St. Thomas, make our resort one of the coolest destinations in the Virgin Islands.

The complex has gated parking and private beach (sugar beach). It has all the amenities except washer and dryer which is not big deal since we only stay one night.

Anthony, we are happy that you enjoyed staying with us at Point Pleasant. It truly is a very nice resort. We are continuously improving our property, currently backup generators resort wide . We do have a recently remodeled laundry room at the resort. I apologize for not getting that information to you. We will include that in our guest information for all future guests.

Visited for 1 week over Christmas with family of 4 which included 2 college aged kids. The property was an excellent home base for all our adventures. There was a really lovely breeze front to back through the condo and an incredible view. The waterfront restaurant is really a plus! Food and service there was fantastic. Used both of the two upper pools and did some snorkeling from the beach. Staff everywhere were very friendly. Thank you!!

Phenomenal view!
This condo is at the top of a hill with incredible views of Water Bay, Thatch Cay, St. Thomas, and on and on.Very nice condo close proximity to the ferry to St. John.Two great restaurants on property as well as pools.Wonderful time visiting!

Great location and amazing views!
We enjoyed our stay here. All directions were very detailed and helpful. Clean condo and easy access to upper pool area. You may want to drive to lower pool as it is a hike to get back up. The views were amazing and easy access to restaurants. Would stay here again!

Enjoyable stay in paradise
Pros: Beautiful views, Bernadette was very responsive, clean, nice property, close to Great beaches and ferry to St Johns.
Cons: it can be noisy at night if you get some neighbors that like to party.

Family vacation
Condo was excellent!!Awesome views and close to alot of things to do,coral world(swimming with dolphins),snorkeling,pools we’re excellent,fine dining down to local hangout!Hosts were excellent and very responsive to our needs!!Would highly recommend!!

Views for days
We stayed for a week and we couldn't get enough of the view! Very nice, clean, and spacious villa! Never needed the AC due to the nice ocean breeze. Fans were a nice touch for nighttime.

Girls trip
Was a gorgeous place to stay. Views were amazing. Owners and property managers were very easy to communicate with. Loved our stay. Visited St Thomas, St John and Water Island. They were all beautiful. Amazing trip.

Awesome views!! I took a girl trip with 3 of my girlfriends and this was the perfect place! Beds were very comfortable. The on site restaurant was good. Everyone is very friendly! And the owner has been wonderful to work with throughout our stay and very responsive. Highly recommend! One tip I can give is to either rent a car or bring cash to pay for cabs and for tipping. You have to drive everywhere, and cabs charge per person. We found 1 cab driver that picked us up and took us everywhere. That's definitely the way to go!

Easy to access location. Clean space and awesome pools. The hosts were very communicative. The posting still says there is a hot tub on the property there is not.

Amazing stay!
We had an amazing stay at your condo. The location was great for easy access to beaches and nearby towns. We have already decided that if we come back, we will be reaching out to stay at your place again. The morning sunrises over the ocean were a beautiful way to wake up, enjoy a cup of coffee and read a book.

Lovely escape perfect for family with 2 teens
We loved the location of the resort where this condo is -- private yet close enough to so many great beaches and restaurants. The fish tacos and sandwich at Shoreline Grill on the property were awesome. Other favorites included Sunset Grille at Secret Harbor and Duffy's in Red Hook. Putting the rental on the car ferry and spending a day at St. Johns was a definite highlight.

Great vacation
Loved this condo, it was perfect for myself, my husband, and our 1 year old. Even had a pack-n-play for us. Much appreciated-- the entire trip was great. The condo could use a facelift on the kitchen, but otherwise fantastic.

Short Stay
Property was nice, we were only there for a couple days before we hopped on a catamaran. It was at the top of the hill, but enjoyed the exercise and if you didn't want to walk they had shuttles.

Great location, Great views, GREAT value
If this is available and you’re looking to stay for 2 days or 2 weeks, book now! This was a perfect spot with incredible views. Close proximity to good restaurants/bars and excursions. David was there to help every step of the way with check in/check out. 10/10

Awesome Condo!
We stayed at this beachy condo recently and had an amazing time! The views from the condo are magnificent and the cool breeze is refreshing! The condo is well equipped and met all our needs. It was easy to book and communication with the owners was fast and fabulous! We would absolutely recommend this condo and would stay here again if we visit St. Thomas in the future!

Fabulous View and great memories
The condo was exactly as described. Easy check-in and good communication. Mom with 2 adult girls and we felt very safe. We rented our own car and recommend the car to be size of jeep. We had large Pathfinder and hard to park but did it each day. The restaurant Sun and Sea was good and many fantastic places to eat. Overall recommend this villa and we look forward to a return trip.

Beautiful Vacation Rental
The rental was clean and as described in the listing. The owners were very accommodating. We needed to shift our booking dates, and they went out of their way to make it happen. The resort (and St. Thomas in general) is very hilly and everything you need to get to is either up or down, but we got used to it. There is a shuttle to take you around the property itself and everyone was very nice and willing to help.

We chose this neighborhood because it is a very natural landscape with the units spread across 15 acers. We have plenty of privacy and yet we are 5 min from two of our pools, the third is a 10 minute walk.

We have a very private setting on our property and each place has private indoor and outdoor space. You don't have to fight crowds at our resort because we have a beautiful tropical hillside in the Caribbian.
