Kathy was excellent with communication before and during our stay. Her list of recommendations were extremely helpful. We had everything we needed in the condo. Kookaburra coffee shop just across the street was amazing! Everything was just as described. Would stay here again!

This has to be one of the most enjoyable VRBOs I've rented. The condo was clean and spacious. There has been good attention to care and detail inside.The location is perfect; right on the beach, yet offered enough privacy that we weren't stuck in the "hubub" of the busy recreation areas.We enjoyed coffee on the breezy patio in the mornings.Kathy was very accommodating, great communication. The condo was even stocked with some cooking essentials, as well as yummy treats!By the end of most of my vacations, I'm ready to head home; in this case, I wish I had one more week!We will definitely return, and thank you, Kathy, for making this such a welcoming, enjoyable stay.

Great stay!

The condo was very clean and comfy, perfect for a family of four with two young kids, the neighborhood is very large with two pools at the front and back of the neighborhood

Great place to stay

We had a wonderful six week stay in this clean, sunny condo. It is close to so many things to do and great places to eat. The beach is beautiful! Kathy was great and we didn’t have any problems or concerns. It really is a great place to stay.

Great location, great stay!

Kathy’s condo was very clean and easy to set up for our littles. Very conveniently located near beach access and right above the pool. Downtown was also close by! Kathy was super easy to work with before, during and after our stay. 100% would go back!

Great condo, great location. Easy to get in and out of property. Property is very well kept. Condo owner is super easy to work with and easy to communicate with. Planning our next trip soon.

Nice clean condo

Owner communication prior to arrival was excellent. We usually stay in beachfront properties however for the price the short 10 min. walk to beach was no problem.

We absolutely loved our stay. The place is so clean and location is perfect. Right next to one of the pools & within a short walking distance to 2nd pool & the beach. The place is quiet, perfect for relaxing time. Kathy ( the owner and manager) was so great to communicate with. I told her we are coming with our 9 year old daughter & she had the best suggestions for us to do. Capybara cafe was a hit, we went there twice. We enjoyed all the restaurants Kathy had listed. We highly recommend this place!

Spacious with great amenities for a family

We greatly enjoyed our stay here! The location is perfect for anyone who wants a quiet spot within a very quick walk (through the complex grounds) to the beach, but also close enough to make the short drive into St. Augustine. The heated pool was great--very clean, and surprisingly warm despite temps in the 50s for several days of our stay. Kathy was a wonderful host, prompt and communicative. We hope to return someday!

Amazing Stay Just Steps from the Beach!

I had an incredible experience staying at this condo! The location couldn't have been better—just a short walk to the beautiful beach. The condo itself was spotless, modern, and equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The kitchen had all the essentials for cooking. The area was peaceful, yet close to shops and restaurants. The host was fantastic, ensuring everything was perfect for my stay. I can't wait to come back and stay here again. Highly recommend!

Excellent experience

The host Kathy was terrific. She kept us informed and offered us suggestions on things to do in the area. The unit was extremely clean and stocked with everything we needed. The location is nice if you want to be close to St. Augustine and St. Augustine Beach but not in a crowded area.

Comfortable and clean condo

We were pleased with the condo. It was clean and well stocked. The grounds are kept very nice and two clean pools. Kathy was easy to work with. Our only suggestion is it would be nice to have a queen bed in 2nd bedroom versus two twin beds.
