Thank you for the positive review! We’re following recommendations by the CDC regarding COVID-19 and sanitizing the entire unit between each rental. They also recommend that any linens that can’t be washed between rentals should be removed. Since it’s not possible to wash all blankets and bedspreads between each rental, we’ve removed the bedspreads, which gives us enough time to clean and sanitize the unit, plus wash the blankets. Although this is a recommendation and not a mandate, we realize not everyone is following the same procedures; however we take the well being of our guests seriously, so we’ll continue to follow CDC guidelines regarding COVID-19, until it’s no longer necessary.

William; we thank you so much for your wonderful review! We are delighted to hear that everything about your stay and the property was perfect. Thanksgiving is indeed a peaceful time on the coast, and we are thrilled that you could relax and recharge. It is also great to know you enjoyed cycling through the beautiful Point Washington State Park! This was surely an amazing way to experience the area! We hope to welcome you back for another tranquil and enjoyable getaway soon. Regards, Benchmark Management

Hi Brad, Thank you for your feedback and for acknowledging our team’s response during your stay. We’re glad to hear the property itself matched expectations overall, and we appreciate you noting that our team did promptly dispatch pest control to treat the affected areas once the concern was reported. We also want to clarify that all of our homes and units are placed on routine preventative pest control service schedules, with treatments occurring monthly or quarterly depending on the property. That said, occasional issues can still arise in coastal environments, and we take any report seriously to address it as quickly as possible. We understand your perspective regarding compensation. A partial refund was issued in recognition of the disruption, and we always aim to be fair and responsive based on the scope and timing of reported concerns. We appreciate you staying with us and sharing your experience, as it helps us continue to improve both responsiveness and prevention efforts. Sincerely, Benchmark Management
