On behalf of my family and myself, let me say that we THOROUGHLY enjoyed your home!!! Very cozy yet spacious! Very clean and organized! Your pamphlet about the property and the area was super helpful, and as stated, the neighbors around us were very nice as well. I hated that we were there for such a quick trip, but I'm DEFINITELY considering coming back in the Spring to really enjoy the North Beach area. I'm so glad we chose your home, and I wouldn't change a thing in it. It was the perfect place for us! My family that stayed in a hotel got a little jealous :)

Great house! It is very close to restaurants and shops in North Beach. Also, there is a lovely trail to walk from the townhome complex through the wetlands nearby. Nadia and Blair were very fast to respond and very helpful when we needed them. Home is located in a quiet area with friendly neighbors. It is decorated nicely and the beds were comfortable. The thing we appreciated most, though, was that the house was well-stocked. The kitchen had everything we needed: coffee filters, can opener, spices, pots and pans in varying sizes, aluminum foil, trash bags, food storage containers, etc… the home also had plenty of towels. So many home rentals do not provide basic stuff you need. Thank you for a great stay!

Although the house itself could use some maintenance, our stay was very comfortable. The rooms were spacious and it had all the amenities we needed.

Perfectly cozy spot in North Beach

We had everything we needed in this townhome in North Beach. Nicely decorated, clean and the beds were comfortable! Perfect spot for our girl's weekend.

Very nice home, close to beach

This was a nice stay for us, everything was clean and well laid out, the house had a very nice little fenced area out back for our pup to enjoy, and the beds were very comfy. We would return here!

Great place to stay

The property owner/ manager communication was professional and friendly. The place was clean, welcoming, and a cozy place to stay. Instruction book was informative with local venues and property instructions.

Highly recommend

We would stay here again! The place was clean and comfortable. The little backyard is a plus for dogs. The home is close to down town, we enjoyed being able to walk down town!

Perfect Getaway!

Beautiful and comfortable linens, stocked kitchen & parking at the door is a huge plus. The backyard is a nice extension thru the sliding glass door. Beautiful roses and seating on the deck. Nice walk thru the neighborhood to the beach & boardwalk. Will look to stay again!

Cutest house ever!

The house was so cute, clean and big. Me and my family loved everything about the property, I felt that I could live there and be happy and relaxed. The location was amazing, our family that lives in town were walking distance from us, we also went for a wedding and the reception was also walking distance, everything was perfect. Totally recommend and I hopefully can plan another vacation soon and book this place again

Perfect beach getaway with family and friends!

My husband and toddler and I stayed with another couple toddler and their dog for the July 4th weekend. Everything was perfect, and Nadia and Blair are such communicative and accommodating hosts. They allowed for us to check in way earlier than we expected so to make it easier for the toddlers to acclimate and nap. Our key code didn't work unexpectedly due to some technical malfunction, so we were a bit nervous for a few minutes as we tried to get in touch with the hosts who were out of the country. But they provided a backup number to their housecleaner who helped us get in. That was literally the only part of the trip with a hiccup. The house is wonderfully appointed (and it has real plants, which is such a small thing, but I so appreciate real plants and not fake ones when I'm renting a house!). It being dog-friendly was super helpful for the other family, and the house was fully stocked with everything we needed. It's so close to the beach, which has ample parking, but you can also walk there within 15 min. We had beach passes, which was soo nice, and the beach has a lovely little boardwalk with ice cream, coffee, light bites, and other things that really made staying there so so convenient with a little one. We love going to the Chesapeake for July 4th to get away from the nonstop fireworks in DC. This was our first time staying at this house, and we loved it so much, we'll certainly be back! Thank you for a wonderful time!!

Our family had a wonderful stay! Lovely, plant filled and bright home, with everything we needed for ourselves and our toddler to feel at home…the perfect location…friendly community, nice walk to the beach, boardwalk, restaurants, bakery and coffee shop. We loved it!
