Mount Nimbus, with its private hot tub, is a slice of Heaven if you're looking for a mountain getaway to rest and relax. Minutes away from downtown Estes Park and Rocky Mountain National Park, this location has it all. During the summer months, you can enjoy swimming in the outdoor community pool from Memorial Day to Labor Day weekend *subject to change per HOA*. Whether you are visiting on vacation or traveling for business, the mountains will have something to offer you- can you hear them calling?

This beautiful 2-bedroom 2-bath condo comes with a master king bedroom suite, a master queen bedroom suite, and a pullout sleeper sofa to comfortably accommodate six people, as well as a full kitchen to enjoy meals with family and friends. The BONUS-a private hot tub! Imagine melting away in a hot soak after a long day of hiking or shopping. Or simply come back to your condo and relax as you watch the sunset.

For those moments when your favorite show is on and during the afternoon mountain showers, you can take advantage of some downtime with Free Wi Fi and cable TV available in the living room and both bedrooms. Don't hesitate to curl up in front of the fireplace while you read a book or just watch a little TV. It's all about you here at Mount Nimbus.

Love Estes Park

Nice place to stay! We loved the hot tub after hiking or drinking coffee on the deck in the morning before hiking. Good location. Easy to check in and out. Would stay here again.

Amazing View and Beautiful location

We had a great view and the perfect location. Property management was super fast at answering questions and the description was accurate. Beds were comfy and the place was perfect size. Thank you for a great stay!

Beautiful

This condo was very well decorated and very clean. We took advantage of the hot tub on the deck and enjoyed the mountain view. A herd of elk, just a block down the road, entertained us for a good 30 minutes. Would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful Vistas

The overall cleanliness and location of the property were excellent. As were the amenities listed. The pool towels were a nice surprise. The bed and pillows were better than anywhere we have stayed. The one big glitch was lack of communication with property management. I had a question about check out procedures and called the number displayed in the condo. I reached what seemed to be an answering service that took my name and number, but no one ever called me back. Not until I went on the VRBO website did I get my answer. Ideally there would be a binder in the condo with all pertinent information.

Poor experience

Actual street address of property is different then listed. It took us more then 45 minutes and several phone call to find the property. Bed in guest bed room squeak terribly. It need to be changed. It is difficult to sleep on it. We had uninvited guest on deck cleaning hot tub. He didn’t have courtesy to inform. He just got up the deck by using ladder from out side. My wife was really terrified.

Mount Nimbus stay

A few issues occurred when staying at the property. 1. We requested an early check-in but the property management team could not give us access because it was "early the same day request". That's a ridiculous excuse. 2. Additional charges for hot tub - this was not stated in the pricing. 3. Refrigerator was broken. We left food over night and had to throw it out in the morning. Request for reimbursement of spoiled food was not followed up by property manager. We were not happy with our stay and would definitely not recommend this property.

Too many small things wrong

1.Oven does not heat to set temperature 2. Several burned out light bulbs 3. HDMI cable missing from king bed room suite 4. Clock in king bed room suite does not work 5. Neither closet had clothes hangers 6. Latch on patio door was broken and you could get locked outside if you shut the door when you went out (there was a warning sign briar looked like it had bern there for a long time) 7. Door from queen suite bathroom that opens into living area would not lock 8. Lite cycle on dishwasher does not work 9. Keyless entry app would not unlock the front door 10. One side of toaster does not work 11. There is a hot tub fee that is a surprise when you commit to rent the unit and is not covered in the stated day rate, even though the advertisement touts the fact there is a hot tube at the unit. Based on that, one would expected the hot tub to covered in the published day rate Not an item that anyone can do anything about, but the bedrooms are really small and tight and even though the ad says it will sleep six, it would be really really tight and there were no bed linens or pillows for the pull out bed. Other the above things, Views are spectacular, especially morning sunrise over the mountains Based on all the little things above, you get the impression that the management company (or owner) don’t care and obviously do not check that things are in good working order after each rental.

I really enjoyed this condo! The hot tub was in great condition and there were many elk bugling nearby!My only suggestion would be to add a single-serving Keurig coffee machine to the kitchen.

This place was so comfortable for our family of 5. It was extremely convenient to the RMNP, as well as Estes park, yet in a quite neighborhood. We will definitely try to stay here again the next time through.

Great location very close to Rocky Mountain National Park. Great view! We hiked in the morning and evening and then enjoyed the pool in the afternoon. Having our own personal hot tub was well worth the extra price. Thanks for letting us enjoy this place.

I'd Skip Staying Here. You probably can't even get the door unlocked.

The property in and of itself is fine. Great views. However, here is what made it less than for me:1. The Check In Process: I received multiple emails giving me my door code. When I arrived, it was snowing and windy. I took some items with me to the front door only to find out my code didn't work.I dragged my items back to the car (didn't want to leave them unattended in the snow) and called the company in the email. The person I spoke with had me try to reprogram the lock. So there I was, not dressed at all appropriately for the weather (I hadn't been planning to spend extended time outside in the snow) trying to do this. It finally works and in I go.But wait - there's more!I try the lock again to confirm. This time, the door is open, I'm inside the unit, and I have manually locked it. The code won't work. The guy on the phone has ZERO solutions for me. ZERO.I locate a second number for the property management company. This guy is also of no help. He tells me he will let someone know I am having problems with the lock.When I finally get him to understand that if I leave I will be locked out he gives me an emergency doe to use which worked fine and apparently was always an option.Time Spent: 45 minutesAlso, at no point did anyone ever come by to do anything with the lock.2. You will hear the people above you. The first night I had a family above me with young children, between 5:00-10:30 I got to hear all the running, crying, and screaming. I

Terrific spot!

We loved our stay. We had trouble getting in to our unit upon arrival and on the second day. Getting help was difficult and minimally helpful. Surly fellow on the phone at check in. A difficult runaround to get in on day 2. Service and kindness (or any apology fir the problems)are forgotten virtues.

Beautiful!

Super clean condo with all the amenities. Close to downtown and The Stanley. Hot tub was perfect to unwind at the end of the day. Elk in the yard every evening. Would recommend staying here to eveyone and would book again in a minute!! Thanks for a great stay!

Great Views for a great stay!

The views from this condo are great! The hot tub is a great feature on the cool summer nights while watching the sun settle for the night. This condo was perfect for our little family and I would recommend this to anyone looking for an affordable place to stay that is enjoyable to be at.
