Our stay was very nice and relaxing. It's close to the beach and isn't too far away from the NAS if you decide to watch the Blue Angels practice. The pool is very nice and everything was very clean.

Girls Getaway

The house is a perfect size for a small group. The backyard and pool area is amazing! Definitely recommend if youre looking for somewhere to stay in the area

Quiet neighborhood & nice pool

The house was nicely located in a quiet neighborhood. The house was clean and equipped. Garage parking was very nice with an assortment of beach chairs. The hosts were very nice and responsive. We would stay again.

This home is exactly as listed. Perfect in every way! Neighborhood seems very safe and quiet. We were staying in the area for an out of town doctors visit. Cynthia was a wonderful host and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at her pool home. Will definitely stay again when in the area. Thank you for the use of your lovely home.

Pool time!

The pool was great, everything was very nice. There were a few things that need to be fixed but that is normal in a rental.

Family vacation

My husband and I loved staying here with our 22 year old and 15 year old. They really enjoyed the pool. The pool is clean!!! The drive to the beach was very easy. We went to Pensacola. It was so pretty and not crowded at all. The neighborhood is very quiet. We would definitely stay here again. Cynthia was a great host. She quickly responded when I had questions. My only questions were about where to go since we didn't have any issues with the house.

Nice place

Place is very nice , had problem with the pool being heated like was supposed to be. Finally the awesome pool girl got it fixed on last night but owner didn't care that that was main reason we rented house and it was a problem... ALL ABOUT THE MONEY THESE DAYS !!!

Thank you for your feedback Kenny. We are sorry the pool wasn't warm enough for you. We turned the heater on earlier this year (Normally we turn it on at the end of October first week of November) as the weather in Gulf Breeze is usually in the high 80's during this time of the year. We didn't advertise the pool to be heated on VRBO, however because we had just turned it on, I mentioned it to you. The guest that stayed prior to you did not mention the pool temperature to be uncomfortable. We tried to get our pool maintenance girl there as soon as she could. I am sorry we didn't meet your expectations in that area but we are glad you enjoyed our super clean, comfortable and beautiful home as you mentioned to me by phone on your checkout day. -

Be prepared to buy extra basic supplies

House met the needs of our group. Liked having the pool, house was clean and beds were comfortable.Issues with our stay is that there was not enough basic supplies to last us our 5 night stay of 7 people. We had to buy our own toilet paper (provided 2 per bathroom), paper towels (provided 1), and trash bags (provided 1). In addition, grill propane tank was empty upon our arrival. We went and bought a refill replacement so that we could cook dinner for one night. Sent this information to the owner to ask for reimbursement since this is something that should be provided AND that we provided a full tank for the owner. Owner message agreed that they would reimburse us, but ghosted me after asking what means they would like me to send a copy of the receipt. With all that said, we spent an additional 75 for supplies that’s should have been provided. Our same group have stayed at properties multiple times before and this is the first time we were strapped on supplies.

Great stay!

This was a a good experience, the place was clean the beds were comfortable, Any issues we had were resolved in a timely fashion. Was super easy and quick and the place looks exactly like it does on the pictures. The pool was fantastic Altogether I had a great stay and I hope to book again.

Wonderful family vacation home

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this home. The internet was super fast, even with all of our phone connected and TV's. The pool was perfect and clean. The beds were comfortable and there were plenty of towels. We had a great vacation and would definitely stay here again!

Perfect spring break getaway!

Wow, what a beautiful rental!! We had such a nice stay. Everything was clean, nicely updated/decorated and comfortable. Having the option to heat the pool was important to us and our whole family felt comfortable while swimming. It was an easy location to get to the beach as well. We really enjoyed our stay and the hosts were lovely and had great communication. We would definitely stay again. Thank you!!
