Benvenuti a Breckenridge in Colorado. La casa si trova in una zona chiamata Highland Park, che è un quartiere pieno di case di lusso di fascia alta. La maggior parte delle case in questa zona non sono in affitto. La casa è di 4137 piedi quadrati con due livelli. Al livello principale troverete due caminetti a gas, uno nella zona giorno principale e uno nella suite principale. Ogni stanza è decorata molto bene e l'arredamento è tutto nuovo e lussuoso.

I panorami sono da morire! La gamma di dieci miglia è enorme e in faccia mentre ti godi la vasca idromassaggio privata sul ponte posteriore, le bistecche alla griglia, bevi in mano. La casa è circondata da diverse aree sciistiche di livello mondiale e alcuni dei paesaggi più belli del mondo. La cucina ha tutto ciò di cui potresti aver bisogno per sistemare i pasti e c'è una cucina parziale / area snack al secondo livello. C'è anche un garage per 3 auto per la vostra convenienza. La casa è completa di TV nella maggior parte delle camere e un tavolo da biliardo per intrattenere e divertirsi. Parte di ciò che rende speciale questa casa è la posizione tranquilla proprio sul campo da golf di Breckenridge, e gli arredi danno quella "sensazione di montagna". C'È UNA TUBA CALDA PRIVATA SUL PONTE POSTERIORE CHE VISTA IL CORSO DI GOLF CON VISTE INCREDIBILI SULLE MONTAGNE.

Questa casa si trova in una zona residenziale che ha vicini che vivono a tempo pieno. Ci sono regole di vicinato che dovranno essere seguite come nessun parcheggio in strada, mantenere il rumore a un livello rispettoso. Family ski trip

The house was perfect for us. The spacious living area and large dining area were perfect for us all being able to enjoy each other. The beds were comfortable enough, and the pool table was a hit!

We loved it!

What a perfect home for a wonderful family vacation. Plenty of space, well-equipped, and in such an idyllic location. The house is close to both the Breckenridge and Keystone resorts, which allowed us to hit 2 different mountains on our ski vacation. After returning home, we could relax in the hot tub or enjoy a beer and a game of pool. We would 100% recommend this property to anyone, and we will be trying to stay here on our next trip as well!

Winter Wonderland

Our stay was wonderful. the house was clean, beautiful, and well stocked. Dennis was easy to reach and answered all our questions in a timely manner. THe only shortcoming was the relatively few pictures listed on the VBRO website. The house is even more amazing than the pictures give a feel for and with the unlisted trundle bed in one of the rooms, we were surprised by just how many sleeping areas there were available for our mixed party of family, friends, and children. the house accommodated 4 separate families made up of mostly adults and some small children. We visted over christmas and the house was dusted with snow and surrounded by large fluffy mounds of freshly fallen snow. the garage was stocked with sleds, bikes, skis and other toys for the perfect holiday stay. our stay was a dream come true.

Beautiful!

We feel so lucky to have found this place. It was in an amazing neighborhood, the view of the mountains was unbelievable. This was the best family vacation mostly because we felt at home in this place. The kitchen was stocked fully. It was stocked with lawn games, bikes that we could use. The owner reached out prior to arriving and was available through out our trip. Great communication. Next trip to Colorado, we will seek this place out and not spend any time looking anywhere else! This was the best!

Perfect Home & Location for Family Ski Trip

This house was the perfect choice for our family ski trip. We had 3 families staying in the home, with 5 kids ranging from 4-12, along with 7 adults. There was plenty of room for all of us to spread out when we wanted and to enjoy time together as a family for meals and socializing. The house is beautiful with great amenities, including the well-appointed kitchen. Dennis was great to work with - he was helpful and available for any questions we had. The location was great, too. It was an easy drive to all of the ski resorts we planned to visit.

A wonderful stay

The house was absolutely perfect for our group. The house is beautiful, well maintained, spacious, and very comfortable. The owners were easy to communicate with and very accommodating. It was close enough to ski at Keystone and also close enough to enjoy down Breckenridge.

Perfect

Dennis’s house was exactly what we were hoping for! Our family spent thanksgiving week here and it was perfect. Our group included 7 adults and 5 children ranging from 2 to 14. The house is beautiful, clean, VERY spacious and had everything we needed. Having a washer/dryer both upstairs and downstairs was a huge plus. The hot tub was also a big hit and we used it almost every day. Dennis was very kind and easy to work with. The only negative (nothing to do with the house) was Thanksgiving is a little early for a ski trip. We learned that the heavy snow doesn’t usually start until later in December. Very few trails were open which made for very crowded skiing. We’re planning a trip back next year around Christmas/NewYear’s.

Wedding weekend

We stayed here for our daughters wedding. Just immediate family of the bride and groom. We had the intimate wedding on the deck and the views made for a beautiful scenic background. The home is set up perfectly for a big party. The owner was in contact with me and very accommodating. Would definitely recommend staying here!!

Amazing Home

Location and neighborhood were fabulous - as advertised. A pleasant surprise was how well stocked the kitchen was - all dishes, pots and pans, cooking utensils, spices, etc, etc. We had brought much special cooking equipment based on our experience with other VRBO's and we needed none of it. Add to that two refrigerators and two sets of washer/dryers (one up and one down) and the home easily handled a large group. All furniture was consistent with what you would expect in high end home. No beat up IKEA furniture here. Owner was very responsive and easy to work with.

Wonderful House

The Buffalo terrace house was so great. Communication with Dennis was so easy. We had two families plus grandparents and there was plenty of room. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need. The sitting rooms were large enough for everyone to sit together. TVs in every room were nice for evening when everyone is winding down. The kids room was awesome with bunk bed and two queens. The deck was beautiful with a great hot tub. The location is just a few minutes from Breck and Frisco. We would definitely stay here again.

Spring Break with the Family

Great house with plenty if space for everyone. Probably one of the best equipped kitchens of any vrbo we have stayed at. Communication was top notch. Highly recommend!

Best Rental Experience

Dennis thought of everything. He hosted myself and eleven family members for a five-day ski trip. We were never in want. Everything was clean. The kitchem featured fully stocked appliances and amenities -- not just dishware and utensils. This included a blender, full knife set, all the spices you could need, common dry goods, kettle, cooking utensils, grill, pots/pans, mixer, coffee pot and keurig, flat top, and more. Even a waffle maker. The beds were comfortable, and each bedroom had seperate thermostats. The hot tub was phenomenal. Just remember to turn the temperature up before committing to getting in. The bottom floor held a quality pool table and bar. Dennis also accommodated two of our younger members. We found two cribs, a high chair, and a child gate waiting for us. The neighborhood was quiet and well kept, and the view of the surrounding mountains was fantastic. The only two negatives that I could think to include here was a shower head and the internet. The shower head in the lower jack-and-jill bathroom sprayed an uneven stream of water. Knowing Dennis, this will likely be mended shortly after this posting. The internet was not the strongest, but, in the mountains, it may be the best available. I was still able to load sites and stream a show. The week of our trip, Dennis reached out to me to ask if we needed anything and gave me helpful info about the neighborhood and local ordinances. I will definitely be renting with Dennis during my next trip.
