Great hosts and a great house in a great location! The hosts were incredibly responsive (within minutes) whenever we had a question. Stayed here with a group for our annual ski trip and would stay here again next year (or even for a summer trip). Thanks!

Wedding Trip

Beautiful place to stay if you are in Breckenridge. Very quiet and peaceful. Lots of space for everyone. Only five minutes from a bunch of restaurants and shops. Hosts are wonderful as well and communicated fast and were very accommodating.

Comfortable and spacious House

Property had great space and bedrooms for a group of 12. We really enjoyed the house. While 2 kitchens, we only had need for the upper.

Escape from the heat to the majestic mountains

Clean, comfortable and the best stocked home that we've stayed in over the past 15 years. There are 3 levels each with its own living area which made it wonderful for multiple families to share the same home and have their own space. The owners were amazing communicators and great to see that we had everything that we needed.

Great location for a large family gathering

Beautiful house in a great location. The house was large enough for my brother’s family and my sons. Hot tub was a hit for the teenagers. Both kitchens were well stocked. Linens were abundant and good quality. I would absolutely come back.

Overall, this is a very nice property that feels somewhat remote, yet very close to town - so great location. It's a cool little neighborhood. We've been renting in Breck for a few decades so I have dozens of locations to compare this against - both more and less expensive. Where I think there's a few things that could use some attention are the following: 1) Both king beds are very uncomfortable. There are toppers thrown on to try and address this, but they just need to be replaced. The people that sleep in the king beds are usually the ones paying and leaving the reviews, so don't skimp there. 2) The pillows are done, time for some adult upgrades. 3) Towels - most of the towels we used were discolored, like they have been over exposed to bleach and starting to degrade. 4) The kitchen is nice, but it lacks some of the basics that are needed to maintain the property as the owners have requested - if you want renters to manage the grill for you, like clean it and replace the foil, etc. - then have enough industrial foil on location. These comments might feel hyper-critical but really they are minor and could be easily addressed and would help future renters. It's a

Cozy mountain cabin

Great layout for a big family or group of friends. Multi level with bedrooms and bathrooms on each level. Very well equipped kitchen, nice deck and hot tub. Cozy lounge spaces, especially the living room couch. Bed pillows could match the quality of the rest of the bedding. Very clean, cute decor and excellent house overall!

Spacious, beautiful, pet friendly cabin

We had 11 people and small dogs staying in the cabin. The cabin in very spacious and well kept. The cabin is stocked with pretty much everything you would need for your stay. It is about a five minute drive from downtown. Nice quiet neighborhood where you can sit on the deck and just enjoy the beautiful views of Colorado. Property owners were quick to respond to any questions that we had. We would definitely stay again if we had a large group.

Absolutely perfect~

I can not say enough great things about this place!! Everything was just as described in the listing. House was extremely clean! Comfy beds, kitchen well stocked, short drive to town & slopes, roads maintained for easy travel during snow. The views are incredible! House was warm during the cold. Showers were hot! Hot tub was amazing! Easy to communicate with owners and they provided us with some of their favorite local places. The bottle of champagne on our arrival was such a special treat. They obviously care very much for their place and their guests. BOOK THIS HOUSE!! You will not be disappointed. I will definitely look here first on our next trip to Breck!! Thank you so so much!
